Have just returned from a seven night stay with a family of two adults, three children aged 4, 12 and 14. The pitch was in the far paddock which was an electric pitch. The electric went the first evening which did spoil a good hour or so as my husband had to keep going backwards and forwards to the barn... More

Clean well managed and maintained site with very helpful and friendly staff....nice location and good accompanying facilities. Spent a mid-week break there in a pod (this was a first time try-out). The Pod is an excellent alternative to a tent - spotless and very comfortable - highly recommend. As with all campsites you cannot choose your neighbours and therefore be... More

We stayed here just for the weekend and thought it was great. The staff are friendly and the site itself was clean and well maintained. Lots of room for children to play and also a play barn with table tennis, table football and a "bouldering" climbing wall. The on site pub is reasonably priced and serves excellent food.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June. We arrived on a Thursday lunchtime and were quickly given our pitches. It is a large site but lovely and clean. It was kept well and when we arrived, there wasn't many people there but this soon changed!! We were sited in the Far Paddock which was nice and... More

Had a long weekend here recently and couldn't fault it. Really large pitches in a very scenic field (we have a Bongo camper and awning). Lots of space for the kids to run around in as well as excellent play equipment. The cycle path around the site is a little overgrown in places, but that added to the fun. The... More

We stayed in the camping pods for a couple of nights. Found the site to be very clean, well maintained and quiet. The pods themselves are in the beautiful spot in a wooded clearing, with BBQ, water tap, and eating area, and with plenty of room to spread out our stuff. Inside there is a small heater, CO/smoke alarm, carpeted... More

We arrived on Friday for two nights, we were allocated a pitch (wouldn't have chose this one if we were able to choose ourself) as it was slanted and quite far away from the park which the kids loved and the toilet block etc. there was a big field space good for our games of rounders and cricket. The caravans... More

We camped here in our tent for three days during May half term - even then, it wasn't full which was a pleasant surprise! The reception staff were helpful, both when booking on the phone and when we were there, particularly Marie. There was barrier entry to the site with unique PIN codes. The camping fields do slope but most... More

Stayed for 3 nights in a tent No EHU. Kids aged 9 & 4 absolutley loved it. Great big field to play in with play area. Loads to do in the area. Had some fab days out at Ripon & Brimham Rocks is a must, £5 to park & kids burned themselves out. Site is very relaxed, farm animals to... More
