There was fresh fruit, homemade biscuits, fresh flowers and chocolates in our room on arrival. The room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Amy who came to see that... More

Staff - Amy, who checked us in, was very friendly and gave us some great tips on where to eat and things to do nearby. She had also left two mince pies and a glass of sherry each in our room which was lovely.... More

Me and my husband stayed here from Christmas Eve Until Boxing Day to visit family for the festivities who just live a stones throw away. We were delighted by all the small things that made our stay all the more comfortable but also more festive. A glass of sherry and a mince pie were placed on the side for our... More

I have just returned from a lovely relaxing birthday weekend with friends and family. The rooms were amazing, with a couple of lovely surprises on the first night that put a big smile on my face. The beds were so comfortable, I slept very well. The breakfasts catered for all, from a Full English to a bowl of fresh fruit.... More

Lovely rooms with nice added touches, like a welcome sherry and mince pie, plus luxury toiletries, a refrigerator and wine glasses. Delicious, fresh breakfast options. Amy was extremely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

If only all hotels were run like this! We have just returned from our 8th visit this year and we are now thinking of moving in, staying here is better than being at home. What makes this place without a doubt are Amy and Jackie, they are two of the most welcoming and friendly people you could ever wish to... More
