Exceptionally welcoming, lovely clean rooms. A stunning house where you feel really at home. It's the second time I've stayed. You wake up to complete quiet and have a real local farmhouse breakfast. Pat is extremely helpful about what to see in the area and the whole feeling is relaxed.

We chose Cliff Farm for it's setting outside Rye. Unfortunately we shared it with many flies. The weather was very hot and all the windows and curtains were closed to keep out the flies so breakfast was eaten in a dark room lit by table lamps. Disappointing breakfast as there was little choice other than the full English.
