Once you arrive on the property, you can feel you’ll have a great time. The Castle is perfectly restored and it feels like you’re travelling in time. We stayed here on a Monday. It was very quiet with very few other guests; once we arrived we asked if we could get a coffee somewhere, they made us coffees despite the... More

January is not the best month to stay in this castle, it must be gorgeous in April or May. Neverthelss the castle has character, this was a real medieval experience. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was not the best. They could ofer some local products (cheeses...).

On arrival we distubed the front of house team of 3 who were having a deep conversation. No attempt to greet us. We should have left there and then, but we had already paid. We stayed two nights in a suite room 202, ...large room. On second floor. On the floor above us the staff were preparing for a banquet/wedding,... More

We were stunned at the elegance and grandeur of our room and the castle in general. Room 205 had 25 ft high ceilings, gothic furnishings and period art, including a 12 ft tall painting of biblical proportion and theme. The bath had a barrel vaulted ceiling and gold foil walls with a deluxe five point shower. The king bed was... More

We spend 2 memorable days in this beautiful castle located in a small town 45 minutes from Verona. What a child dream converted to reality. How many times you have breakfast in the kitchen of a medieval castle? or have lunch in its armoury? Or sleep in room with christians paints from the medieval times? with walls as high as... More

On arriving this castle you are stunned by how beautiful it is! A long driveway of manicured trees with the impressive castle at the end. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The castle is immaculate and has been restored beautifully. Our room had a stunning 4 poster bed and a luxurious jacuzzi bath. You are free to walk around... More

The castello,is a luxurious and romantic place to stay. Rooms are filled with antique furniture and you can walk around the public rooms of the castle to see the architecture and art. The staff are friendly and helpful. Belviacqua is a tiny town surrounded by agriculture, so there's not much to see nearby, but it could make a nice base... More

Castle is a very noble and unique experience, where you can stay like kings and queens several hundreds of years ago. Got a feeling (little bit spooky) like sleeping in a museum. Building is awesome, but the room was a dissapointment.
