This place seems to have seen some upgrades in the recent past. Pea stone gravel roads and sites that are mostly pull-through. There is some grass and trees between most sites. The trees that have died have been turned into sculptures - a nice touch. Also a nice touch are the many water features (fountains) by the office. Nice pool,... More

the cable TV was horrible and WiFi was non existent. The trees keak sap all over my RV and pickup.Train noise was noticeable. The only reason for stay was it was close to family reunion. I stay at KOA's all over USA and this one was the most expensive I have visited.

Narrow graveled roads, several spots have tight turns if a big rig is parked next to your space. Length was tight with big rig and small tow car. On the flip side, sites are pull thru, it was great for us as we stayed 1 night. Staff friendly, park clean. Rates are a bit high, about the same as a... More

The grounds are newly remodeled. Hosts and store staff very friendly. We stayed in a cabin and it was spotless. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Host even brought us a fire pit so we could have an outdoor fire. Otis cafe just up the street had great food, especially the burgers.

First KOA experience. Small site, trains running through!!! Expensive, pool was good, but how do you shower before going in pool when no shower at pool?? Friendly staff. Wouldn't go again based on trains.

If you are sensitive to noise at night you will not want to be camping here. Trains run all night and are only yards from the site. That being said, we grew up living near the train yards so it wasn't an issue for us. We tent camped and the train noise didn't bother us at all. I imagine if... More

We spent one night passing through Spokane. Very clean and nice KOA but the spaces are very close together, and it was hard to park our RV. The pool and store are great and opened until ten at night . We only heard the train once which was very loud, but over all a nice stay.

I didn't mind the train I'm a heavy sleeper but I can see how campers in tents right next to the tracks would hate it. The pool was amazing. The dog area was greatly appreciated. The staff was all amazing. The bikes are fun. Great cable hook up. Grass. Fire pits available. Free wood available. We loved it and will... More

Like the rest. Loud train noise and narrow lots. Washrooms are clean but dated. Friendly and has a nice pool. Good for a stop over or a day or two but is expensive given its beside the railway tracks.

Yes there are trains. If sounds bother you that much try ear plugs or white noise. I found a neighbor's barking dogs to be far worse. Dogs seem to be an issue at all rv parks. Laundry is further from office than most KOA s. Nice otherwise.
