That hotel is nice because is placed at the hills of Labuanbajo. The views from the top rooms are the best with the bay in the front, the fishermen and the boats. The sunset here is priceless. The restaurant is perfect if you are lazy to walk. The harbour is near the hotel and there are many diving and snorkel... More

We stayed here after our four day boat tour from Lombok and pretty much checked into the first place we saw from the pier. The rooms are basic and the walls are thin but the beds are comfortable. Self - flushing toilets and cold showers. The bathrooms are old and a bit smelly. No wifi but the italian restaurant next... More

Stayed one night in Bungalow 4 and was eaten up by bedbugs. Once I realized it, I jumped out of my bed at 3 in the morning, took a shower and had to sleep on the porch as there was no night staff available who could have shown me to another room. The nexg morning I wanted boiling water to... More

For what you pay it's a fine hotel. Dont expect fancy rooms, but it's located well in the town (dive komodo is the best dive center, right across from Gardena) and the breakfast is quite nice, which is included. So a good budget place to stay!

I don't know what people have to complaint about this place. If you are a backpacker travelling low season, 150 000 RPH for 2 is kind of a good price for a clean room. Of course lots of stairs, but when you look at the view, totally worth the hike if you ask me. No sheet yes, but ask for... More

Old bungalows with thin walls and weak fans. The thin walls are a problem only because they offer no sound-proofing from the incredibly loud, daily, 4AM call to prayer. Alright mattress and mosquito net. Manual flush toilet in the washroom, cold shower. But the breakfast was awesome.

As other travellers say, prepare for quiet the hike.. The room we selected was the only one left so we went with two single beds, a fan, and a bucket toilet for 220$ inc taxes. I would say that this hotel was not worth so much. Cons: - the water pressure of the shower was non existent - the wifi... More

Most has already been said about this place: there is no WiFi and the bungalows are relatively run down- especially considering the price (200.000 for category b). However, our stay wasn't too unpleasant: the staff was nice whenever we dealt with them, the breakfast was above average with the obvious choices (egg, toast, pancakes, fried rice) being available buffet style... while bargaining the price the manager assured us the buffet was like no other in Labuan bajo. don't be fooled it's just pancakes fried eggs and basic nasi goreng. other than that nice location and clean rooms :) ps go diving with dive Komodo across the street they're great ! ;)

The room was fine once we bargained down the price, WAY too expensive for what it is. Service is pretty bad, staff don't want to help or do anything for you (a part from a guy called Larry, he is the best!), Manager is rude and weird. other than that is a clean bed to sleep in.
