Courtyard of 4 blocks of residences c. 40 ish all looking onto the pool. We had B4 which was spotless and had more than adequate kitchen facilities. Accommodation was fine for two but the pull out beds in the lounge look like they need a major upgrade and decor was a tad dated. Laundry equipment at the end of our... More

Lovely 5 day break at Seashells at Diamond Beach. Lovely beachfront position with a lovely pool as an alternative. Very clean rooms with everything supplied. Excellent kitchen with utensils plus if you don't want to cook at night there is a courtesy free bus that will pick you up and take you to Blackhead Bowling club for a good meal.... More

The venue is great for a relaxing time away, spas are great. Full size tennis court. The beds are really comfortable it has everything. Half tennis court . Sauna. Dolphins swimming can be seen from the beach. We were lucky enough to see a whale and calf about 200 yds of the beach.

We stayed for a weekend in a two bedroom unit. The unit was comfortable but was not as clean as it should be and it looked like the vacuum had only made it to the middle of the rooms. The place is pretty tired and it is not a great look having storage in a room visible as you drive... More

Been here for 24 hours the room is quaint. The walls are paper thin and can here most of the going on in the room next to us. The plumbing is noisy. Only local TV available. The decore is very rough. I don't think I'll recommend a stay here to anyone.

We stayed in a 1BR unit in late June 2014. The location is excellent - being so close to the beach, with a private pathway leading from the property. The recreational facilities are plentiful to keep the children engaged. At this time of the year, there were very few people at the property, and hence everything seemed to be in... More

My husband and I had a week at the resort in a 2BR unit with another couple. The location was great and nice drives to surrounding towns and locations. Grocery shopping convenient. We found the layout of the units a bit awkward with the bigger lounge area upstairs away from the kitchen. Definitely needs some TLC in the units, as... More

We spent a week of timeshare here last week. The beds and linen were spotless but the general cleanliness in the unit was not good. A small amount of cosmetic maintenance would enhance this place greatly. In contrast the grounds and pool area are immaculate. There seemed to be someone constantly working in the grounds. It is a pity the... More

We had a lovely holiday and the kids loved it. Although the resort is a bit dated, I found that it had everything and more than we needed and the kids loved it! The beach is really close and easy to access and we spend so much time there! It was too cold to swim in the time we were... More

Stayed here for several nights in April, 2014. Self contained unit with front and rear access having parking one side and about a 50metre walk to the beach via manicured lawns and a private path the other. Large fridge, microwave, TV, DVD Player, hair dryer, kettle, utensils etc provided. Huge lawn areas for the kids to run around, tennis courts... More
