We only stayed here for a couple of days but couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. The hotel itself is approx. 15 min walking from the village of Alcala which, unlike most of the towns in the south, retains its small town charm despite also having 1 mega resort. The rooms are quite basic but if we... More

The welcome on the arrival was very hospitable. We were personally shown the grounds, the pool, the terrace, the room and the restaurant where also the breakfast is served. The room is not that big and every room has its own terrace with a table, 2 chairs and also sunbeds with a view over the banana plantation and La Gomera... More

We had a lovely week at this hotel . It is on a banana plantation but that adds to the appeal and uniqueness. Don't be put off by the road up to the hotel - it is a working farm but to be fair there is little activity to demonstrate this. The rooms are spacious, well furnished spacious and comfortable.... We hired a car at Tenerife South, and drove the 40 minutes or so on good roads to this small hotel, which is situated in a banana plantation. The final road signs are tricky - the first road on the right after the garage on the far side of Alcala on the road to Los Gigantes. The room is simple,... More

Myself and my partner stayed here for 5 nights in early February. From the initial contact with the hotel (in order to arrange a taxi transfer), the service was professional, polite and helpful. Gustavo and his brother Alberto are supported by a small team of charming staff with a 'can do' attitude. Our room was a standard and was absolutely... More

We spent the first week of our four week holiday in the Canaries in this hotel. It is set in the middle of a banana plantation and we had a junior suite with a sun terrace looking over towards LaGomera. The two brothers we met who run the hotel Gustavo and Alberto, were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very... More

We have just returned from 4 nights at this lovely little family run hotel. Everything was as expected in way of accommodation and we were blessed with lovely weather so made the most of both patio and pool (a little chilly but great to have). Our first night was colder than usual as Mt Teide was snow covered so I... More

Delightful family-run hotel. This is everything I want in a holiday - peace, tranquillity, privacy. Attention to special diets much appreciated. Simple local cuisine. Friendly helpful service. Our second visit - says it all.

We stayed here in the midst of the banana plantation 3 nights in November 2013 and would have been happy to stay longer. We had some difficulty finding it as the signage from the north was poor, but the staff were most friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room (2) was excellent, with a safe, fridge, wardrobe, cupboard, good WiFi and... More

Very quaint little hotel situated right in the banana plantation. Large comfortable bathroom, a large terrace with views over the plantation and out to the ocean. Sweetheart wooden furniture, wrought-iron bed, lamps and hangers. Pool very clean, around which stand the comfortable sun loungers and parasols. The room was cleaned every day. A small minus no hair dryer. Very nice... More
