Staff: Kind and attentive. Accomodation: Somewhat overpriced considering the facilities provided. 350 for a basic room. Strangely the kettle needs to be plugged into a socket in the bathroom or one close to the floor in the bedroom. Facilities: fair, spa, billiards, tennis court. Restaraunt: lost me at microwaved bread, cardinal sin.

Dear Linda, We would like to sincerely thank you for your outstanding service and hospitality during our recently visit to Woodman’s Estate (10/4/14). Lovely estate on Mornington Peninsula. Classic and over styled Victoriana decor. Very hospitable hosts who had pre arranged our entire stay even though we only booked two hours prior to arriving. We had a comfortable room in main house ready on arrival followed by a really fabulous massage and spa experience. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Great wines available in the... More

Left waiting in foyer for 10 mins, with another party, before greet & seat. This at 12pm- no rush. 15 min wait after menus/water for offer of drinks. Bread offered- 10 mins later I asked for butter? Oil, butter & dukkah provided. Looong wait for meals. Dessert wait was 25 mins - only ice cream & caramelised apricots. Food ok.... More

We stayed in a Chalet overlooking the lake - it was a beautiful, serene setting. The Chalet is large, well appointed and comfortable. It is well stocked. The bathroom is luxuriously large. You can't hear any noise inside the Chalet, and the deck fronting the Lake is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. The roadside noise can... More

The surrounds of this house are breathtaking. We stayed in the chalet which felt really homely. Despite being only a 60 second walk to the main house it was fully stocked with all you need for self sufficiency. It was out of this world to wake up and sit on the veranda looking into the lake for breakfast or book... More

I have done my homework on this place so I sort of know what to expect before I arrive... Food and customer service were fine, the room was also fine (little dusty) and air conditioning is controlled outside the room, and it was too loud when it was on, so we had to turn it off so when we could... We booked a high tea with Opera last Sunday at Woodman Estate for a birthday celebration for 20 people. We were seated at a single table in a separate room and served a glass of champagne on arrival.
