This resort is very close to botanic gardens, High up the mountainside, lots of school groups here, very difficult to get away from hotel, need to wait an hour on taxi coming, was offered a lift on motorbike to botanic gardens but declined. Arranged taxi to take us on way to the airport. This resort is half way between Chang... More

The hotel was in a very nice remote location. It is about a 45 minute ride from Chiang Mai, up in the mountains. Directly across the street is the Botanic Garden, which is a very beautiful place to walk and relax. They had free range chickens and horses on the resort property, it was restful and quiet. WIFI was available... More

Beautiful location, outstanding views and scenery, nicely landscaped. very restful and quite. WiFi in the lobby and a weak signal in the open dinning area. The beds were great--not the typical "extra firm" so common in Asia. The price was very reasonable and the food was what I would describe as "Westernized Thai Food"; once again very good, but not... I booked this hotel for a conference and was really impressed with the service and standard of the rooms. I spent quite some time looking for a suitable venue and felt that this really fitted my personal criteria. If you are going to stay here for business, I would recommend ensuring that you have someone who can translate with you... More

We were recommended by a tour company in Chiang Mai as it was close to some of the attractions we wanted to visit (4x4 offroad and Elephant trek). For the price it was ok but really needed a lick of paint. The room was nice and overlooked the pool. However even the pool water needed some help. I can imagine... More

We were more sad than disappointed about this hotel. You could tell it has past his prime perhaps 10 years ago. The room furniture was actually very nice and the room itself quite clean, but the bathroom was partially unpainted and you could tell it had been really neglected. The pool, which was one of the reasons why we booked... More

Superb location plus free access to the Botanical part opposite included with great pool and surroindngs but yes it's a bit sad it hasn't been refer noshed although the rooms are good enough for 1,500B but breakfast is the usual drab affair common in so many Thai hotels. Ok for families with car or a retreat away from the madness!

Hotel is located above the valley with 360 views. Peaceful and quiet compared to bustling Chiang Mai. Good for large parties looking to relax by the pool with children

I would say the only nice thing about this resort is the lobby area which has a sitting area overlooking mountains. Breakfast is terrible, serving cheapest possible ingredients. Very weak wireless internet signal from hotel room.

This resort is in a great location outside Chiangi Mai. It has a botanical garden directly across the street you could spend hours in. Resort has 1 pool and 1 open air restraunt. Rooms were clean, no bugs. Had a mosquito net above bed. Bathrooms were old and dated, but functional. Pool was very clean. We went in off season... More
