We only spent one here & would have liked more. No real complaints other than I was looking forward to a nice cocktail but they do not cater for cocktails. Very little to do there but we rode around the country side on the scooter exploring. The resorts walking trail is too overgrown & not worth thrashing through the jungle.... More

The rooms are very nice and the location is superb, but this resort is way over priced. The restaurant is expensive and the breakfast is poor, and there was not enough hot water for both of us to shower. For half the price I would have been happy, but it doesn't live up to its current price tag.

An hour from Chiang Mai Int'l Airport by taxi this hotel is so different from the hustle and bustle of its more famous city. Driving up through the mountain takes you past a plethora of tourist attractions - ATV rides, snake farms, paint balling, elephant rides,et al., and then just off what appears to be the only road up and... Gorgeous views and rather quiet and relaxing. The spa offers great service and the restaurant is fantastic. We stayed in a luxury tented villa, which had a stunning view. The perfect resort for our last evening in Chiang Mai.

We were a bit apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews but this is a fantastic resort, amazing setting and very relaxed with the waterfall running through the resort. We stayed in one of the tents which was very comfortable and a lovely experience. The food was not the best we have had but the whole experience is well worth... More

There is no peace at this so-called resort. It is at a stream which runs constantly bringing intense noise, non stop, all day and all night. It is incredibably stressful and unlike the peaceful environment of Chiang Mai and Mae Rim. The rooms and the so-called resort are not like the internet at all. The bathrooms are not maintained, dark,... More

This is a nice hotel by a natural waterfall. Located on the mountain in the suburban area. Decorated in Thai style, surrounded by nature. The hotel has many different types of rooms. You would definitely need a car or book a tour/transportation if you want to go out.

The surrounding is lovely but the hotel really looked very torn and lack of maintenance. We had difficulty in using the very old old keys to open the door every time. The curtain looked dirty and old. Fortunately the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked massages for 2 days, the service was not professional enough, in particular the hygiene.... More

While the entire resorts could use an upgrade, it's not as bad as what people say it is. We stayed here at Villa Number 1. There was some miscommunication about our massage booking but towards the end they arranged for one. The food was actually alright. I only ate Northern Thai food when I was there and it was yum.... Went to check out for my next year trip coz saw many reviews and their website.....looks really beautiful BUT...... Turned up to be so dissapointing. The whole place is totally not well maintained. Staircases spoilt, pillar spoilt and etc. It really looks like owner letting go this property and closing soon. Service at the restaurant is really bad. 1st thing... More
