This hotel near Chiang Mai is located in the nature near some Hill villages. It is a great experience to rest there for a night when travelling in north Thailand. Do not expect the quality of a five stars hotel, but rooms are clean, water is running out of the tap, and the barbecue evening with the show of the... More

Came here as part of a Peregrine package tour and it was wonderful. The service level is great and the food was delicious. The rooms are rustic and charming. There are 4 separate rooms per cabin each with its own bathroom, balcony and locked door with a communal area in the middle along with a firepit which we got going... More

Hmong Lodge is a great place to spend by the pool relaxing. There is a great hike behind the lodge which takes you to some small hill villages that not many tourists know about, but have spectacular views. The rooms are set up in a great way with one communal fire area adjoining 4 rooms.

stayed here on the 19th November with tour group. Wonderful location. Resort mimic traditional Hmong style houses. Resort facilities basic but more than adequate. Staff excellent. Breakfast and dinner also excellent. Great value for money.

We only had an overnight stay here but easily could have stayed longer, the rooms were dark but comfortable, the tour group that we were with had the place to ourselves so was very relaxing and we spent the afternoon in the pool and then the local people put a show on for us at night, altogether a very pleasing... An excellent place to unwind, far from the maddening crowd of bangkok. This place gives you the feel of typical tribal setting. Great place to head to adventure destinations, elephant camps, tiger kingdom etc...can feel a bit scary at night. Excellent food. Me being a veggie, the lodge went out of its way to prepare excellent veg food. Well maintained... More

We spent two days at the above lodge and roughly enjoyed our time here. We interacted with members of the Hmong tribe and got to do a trek through the village which was awesome. The ladies from the tribe spoke fluent English which added to the education. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to... More

We stayed at the Hilltribe Lodge as part of a tour.Rooms are located in groups of 4 within bungalows spread around the site with communal seating. There's a larger building at the entrance which is the reception, bar and eating area which is approached from the road by quite steep steps, the pool (with only a few loungers) is towards... More

Spent 2 days here in January after being in the city for 4 days. What a nice escape from the hustle and bustle. It's a bit of a choir finding someone who is willing/able to get us there, but we managed to find a taxi-truck who agreed to take us there and pick us up to take us to the... More

We were on a five day tour of the golden triangle, stopping off at Hmong Tribehill lodges, lafor Alan overnight stay, what a beautiful and peaceful place to spend a night. An evening b-b-q was the meal for that night, candle lit, very interesting, tasty local food as well as kebab prepared food with all the trimmings. Delicious.
