Had a very relaxed time during our recent visit to this resort before traveling to its sister Tented Camp in Chiang Rai. The staff take real pride in their resort and go out of their way to make you feel welcome - very professional. If you are planning a drive to Chiang Rai, make sure you speak to General Manager... We stayed at the Four Seasons for 3 nights and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool villa. The villa was so fabulous we struggled to drag ourselves away. It included everything you could wish for, total luxury (including insect repellent!) We have never had such a relaxing break. The hotel itself is stunning; the views of the... More

i don't know where to start with this review. i had really wanted to stay at this property since i started traveling, with its name and legend. i was sorely disappointed right from the start. we drove into the lobby area and there was no one to help us. i ended up taking out my luggages from the car myself.... Tranquility. Close enough to the night market. Probably one of few Four Seasons not on a beach. The only complaint I had was there was a group of family with bunch of children that interrupted my piece of zen. But I can't blame it on the resort, can I?

The grounds are unbelievable, lush green and scenic. Every where you turn you are taking in beauty. Restaurants are excellen as well. We could have been happy never leaving our room, we were lucky enough to have our own private pool which we swam in each day. When we wanted bikes to ride around some local streets, the Four Seasons... More

This was the first stop on our anniversary trip around Thailand and staying at the 3 existing Four Seasons properties. The resort is beautiful and on rice paddies, with two pools on main and one quiet pool for adults and we had a pool in our villa as well, villa #6. Our villa was beautiful and probably the best pool... More

This most beautiful of resorts nestles in the jungle of Northern Thailand in the most tranquil of settings. Quite simply we haven't felt this relaxed and pampered since kids first came on the scene 20 years ago. A must for any discerning traveller looking for a touch of heaven!

My wife and I stayed here last January for a week, taking time to explore the surrounding area. The grounds here are truly exceptional and over the top, even for a Four Seasons. This is not a resort for the cheap so please be advised. For those travelers who are experienced, sophisticated, and expecting the best you will not be... More

It was our first time visiting Chiang Mai in June and staying at Four Seasons Resort was the best decision ever made! It was an unforgettable experience for staying 2 nights in Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai.  When we first arrived at the resort, we were overwhelmed with the luxurious Thai-Style decoration and fascinated with the garden and rice fields... This is a 5 star hotel which stands out from others. We stayed there for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. The welcome at arrival felt really welcomed and the view from the lobby is truly amazing. So much nature integrated in a 5 star luxury environment. The room was very spacious and was connected to a big terrace... More
