I stayed in one of the residences available via Air-B-N-B. it was a single bed, 2 story fully self contained apartment. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and reasonably fast wifi, even though it was low season, there was still a busy staff keeping the place looking well kept. The food at the restaurant was delicious and,... More

The Spa Resort has new owners. A lot of upgrades currently happening. Change is good and the resort is in need of a refurbishment. It was a bit noisy due to renovations., but that's understandable. Apparently the whole upgrade will take up to a year. Everyone still extremely friendly and helpful. I hope the the new management keeps the local... More

I have visited various resorts under The Spa brand for more than 15 years. After enjoying a lovely stay earlier this year, I returned to see that the new owner has almost doubled prices at the spa, adapted the menu so if is not The Radiance menu which The Spa brand was so famous for - and very expensive! Yoga... More

It was an excellent trip and I felt healthier, lighter and more energized. I particularly enjoyed the morning meditation and yoga sessions as well as the massages by the friendly staff. The room is very comfortable and the front desk responded to my requests and issues very quickly. Will definitely return for more..

I stayed for 10 days with 3 friends, all of us doing the "You Have Changed My Life" detox. It works! This is NOT a luxury spa...you have to manage yourself and do a lot yourself, but the staff is there to support you. The women at the Detox center, Dr. Tony, Mr. Ohm and his front desk staff--ALL went... More

This was my 3rd time here and the detox program has always been very good. The staff in the detox centre are always friendly and Dr Toni was very knowledgeable and has great enthusiasm for his work. Unfortunately that is where my positive comments end this time around. I'll start with the minor negatives: The resort has not improved in... More

My wife and I stayed here for just over a week at Christmas. It was a beautiful location, really peaceful and quiet, although it was a lot colder here than we were expecting. The apartment was very nice indeed, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was very good, particularly the special Christmas meal we had on... More

When I was at The Spa Resort it was very quiet - as in not that many people there. Not sure if this was because of the protests in Bangkok affecting the travel industry in Thailand or what. However, I really enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and rejuvenate, then this is the... More

The spa resorts is a good hotel at a good rate. It is nicely located in the hills, but I was a bit disappointed that the views from the rooms and swimming pools were not better. I have stayed at hotels in the area, which have had much better taken advantage of the surroundings. The food is ok, but not... More

Doing yoga in the Salas while looking out over the valley to the mountains beyond is most uplifting. Any breeze will also be felt, a boon in the hot part of the year. The Spa is in the foothills and is approached through simple rural settings. A wide range of interest is catered for, from the detoxers to those who... More
