I've now stayed here twice and would go back again anytime. Hospitality is great, breakfast is wonderful and it has a great ambience. I felt very relaxed after my stay and I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you very much.

Stayed here with my partner and dog for one night, along with my parents, sister and her 2 toddlers. Lovely warm welcome on arrival, wonderful atmosphere, relaxing and comfortable. The garden room is a great addition looking over the pool. We would stay here again. 5 star in every way.

Stays here for the weekend whilst with going gliding at Norfolk Gliding club. Was very well looked after and breakfast was delicious. The children were well looked after and the Thomas bed cover was a lovely touch for my 3 year old. Even the fresh eggs we brought home were delicious - they made a very tasty scrambled egg. Can't... Stayed here for 3 nights Wednesday 28th Jan for 3 nights, my son was on a sports course in Norwich. This place is not a hotel, it is a welcome house and the owners are lovely people. If you are on business within a 20 mile radius of Norwich this is a beautiful place to stay. There is a local... More

Enjoyed four nights at sunnyside, Maggie and family were welcoming from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. My son enjoyed the pool and the gardens were beautiful. Don't let the fact that no locks on the doors put you off staying here as we felt very safe at all times, there is a hook on door while... More

I could write lots of platitudes about how good this B&B is but I can sum it urges with excellent. True no locks on the doors but it didn't feel as though they were necessary. A really lovely place with really nice people. We will definitely come again.

Nice location and good directions. The room was a good size but it (and the rest of the house) was very cluttered and needs updating. We booked the double with ensuite that was roomy but again needed updating. Slept well enough but found it odd that there are no locks on the doors. Breakfast large and tasty! Overall though, good... We stayed two nights with our 8 week old baby and Maggie and family were very helpful and accommodating. The bed and breakfast is in the countryside, the satnav and website directions got us there no problem. Maggie was there to greet us on arrival and our room was homely. We were happy to be given the room on the... More

We love this family run bed and breakfast and have stayed here multiple times. It is close to family and very welcoming for our two young girls. The rooms have all you could need and the breakfasts are delicious! Thank you Steve and Maggie.

Here are a few questions for potential guests: 1) Is it ok for a B&B to have bedrooms with no locks on bedroom doors - ok for us, as only our extended family staying. 2) Do you want to use the gardens/pool/bedroom during your stay - we enjoyed the garden in the permitted hours after 4pm and before 10.30 am,...
