Just returned from this hotel and it's more a two star hotel..food bad..( bald headed manager would not even allow me to take one piece of fruit out of the restaurant!) the pool did not open until 11 in the morning, the cocktails at the bar were really limited and the night entertainment was non existant ( except for a... Terrible don't go, not even 1 star, pool was best thing but didn't open till 11 and closed at 6. Food inedible cold and frozen. Crickets in trees drove you mad until they stopped then you heard cars on motorway outside. Staff were all quite good . I checked straight out after arriving and eating in restaurant and they knew... Myself and my daughter have just returned from a weeks all inclusive stay at this resort, safe to say it was the worst place I have stayed yet and I have been in some pits, I'm not one to complain about things but I feel I have to with this place , the food was awfull which resulted in US... More

We stayed here for a week All-Inclusive, when we arrived, the girl behind the desk was really helpful, and made us feel very welcome as did the rest of the reception staff if we needed help for anything during the week. The room was perfect for what we needed, clean, powerful shower, air con and a lovely view over the... More

The hotel looked a lot more old fashioned in real life than the photos on the website but this was the least of its problems. The long list of faults includes, broken shower, broken tap, broken sockets, bad smell from pipes in the bathroom, our front door was left open to the public, they wouldn't serve us water late at... Returned home Wednesday 12th August after 1 weeks all inclusive holiday. 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 11. Location is good, hotel is just off a busy road and close by you have a good supermarket and lots of bars restaurants. Short 10 min walk over the bridge to the beach. Rooms ok, Clean, beds changed every day... More

Myself, my husband and our 10 year old son have just returned back from a pleasant weeks all inclusive stay at las chapas hotel. We arrived late in the evening, the man on reception was very helpful, although there was a very groggy bar maid, who basically said we were too late to get anything to eat so we went... More

I never write reviews of hotels because I'm not generally all that fussy but I had to write something for this hotel as it was just a really unfriendly atmosphere and I've never experienced this on holiday before. We spent as much time out of the hotel as possible! If you want somewhere cheap to sleep and shower but venture... More

We booked this hotel bed and breakfast only after reading the bad reviews about the food. I think this was probably the best way to see the hotel, as we didn't have many complaints. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but there was croissants, bread, cheese, ham, bacon and toast, plus plenty of fruit, so there was more than enough for... More
