A very nice hotel, efficient reception and very, very good service at breakfast. I did not take evening dinner in the hotel. The room was well appointed and ideal for a comfortable overnight stay. At £117.00 for bed and breakfast I would consider it overpriced and for that reason would find somewhere else to stay if in the Bristol area... More

I went for my Birthday, wanted a break from London, time to relax. I certainly received this here. The hotel is lovely, great setting, upgraded room which was of a good size, modern, poorly designed shower that does flood the bathroom floor, but great overall. We ate in the Marco Pierre White restaurant and had a fantastic meal, very enjoyable.... More

Very nice reception and great staff. Room was clean and fresh and location is good, but at the end of the day £97 for a room in Bristol it did not feel like fantastic value for money. Breakfast on top at £10 per head as well

old, dreary tired furniture fixtures and fittings. Such a tiny squished bedroom that you couldn't actually properly access the tiny tea and coffee making facility without twisting your back because the old tired and way past its throw out date dark brown sofa was pushed up against the tiny table that had the tea /coffee utensils on top of it. The... More

I won't go on too much but the room I had (Loft Suite with Balcony) was very poor with a really dirty shower, very dusty partition wall top, loose wall light fitting and just grubby walls. Even check out the poor hallway carpets if you stay here and if your lucky the tea stained cups at the low quality breakfast.... More

We stayed for one night on our way to Cornwall, was greeted by very pleasant staff , our room looked recently refurbished could not fault it , did not have evening meal at the Hotel , but at the club part of the Hotel complex, pretty fair but not exciting , sure the hotel was better as the breakfast was... The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The views to the Severn Estuary were beautiful, and the grounds very well kept. Al the staff were very considerate. I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was self service, but with a very good range of well cooked food as well as the cold collation. We... More

Stayed here for work. The rooms are well kept albeit a little dark for me. The beds are very comfortable and very roomy. The lay out is a little odd of the entire hotel but not bizarre. It has a Marco Pierre white restaurant onsite which serves very good food, with a price tag to match and ample parking.

we stayed here for one night prior to departing from Bristol airport. it is a good location for that being only around 5 miles away. we decided to start our holiday by having dinner in the Marco Pierre White restaurant within the hotel. the food was good but took absolutely ages to arrive. we were assuaged with free deserts, but... We stayed here on our wedding night, despite another wedding going on in the venue it was lovely and quiet and the service was as excellent as one might expect from Hilton. The cookie on arrival was a nice touch and breakfast in bed finished off this short but perfect stay. I highly recommend them, thank you!
