I've stayed at Walters' Holiday Flats several times, with the best prices being off-peak and via wotif.com. The Queen room is the only one with a bay-facing window, and mostly you'd have to be standing to see out of it, but all flats have north-facing (sunny) verandahs, and the venue has private access down to the rocks adjoining Hyams Beach.... Very basic bare brick interior villa. The inside could have done with a lamp or something rather than just the fluorescent light above, to add more ambiance. But its clean, basic, comfy and modest. The flat is very basic and dated. There was only a strip light in the lounge and one of the bedrooms, no lamps which made the place feel like a hospital waiting room. What a wonderful place to stay - we kept extending as we only planned to stay for 3 days but ended up one week.
