Two Weeks traveling around Tasmania finding special spots to Photograph and I decided to stay in a onsite caravan rather than a Motel. Staff were friendly and He showed me where my van was and all the versatility were. He made sure I wasn't going to get cold at night, showing me the heater and extra blankets.. I wasn't expecting... Booked and paid for a four star two bedroom cabin (two couples) one with a double and the other two single beds. Upon arrival we were shown to a one bedroom cabin with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room, which had been vomited on the previous night. We were offered an extra room at an... More

We are very sorry that our accommodation did not meet the reviewers expectations, and are pleased that they were able obtain alternative accommodation with minimum inconvenience. We arranged for the guest to receive a full refund on their booking immediately. The review indicates that the sofa bed had been vomited on the previous night and it could be inferred that... More

The friendly proprietor showed us into a room in the old cottage at the front of the site. What a delightful surprise! Old world charm of a comfy bed and decor with a modern bathroom and TV. Frig and tea/coffee making facilities hidden in an antique sideboard - it was that sort of room. Probably the most comfortable bed in... More

We stayed here for 2 nights using a powered site for our motor home. $33 a night, possibly a bit expensive, but seems the general rate per night in Tasmania. Needed $1 extra to use shower. Shower/toilet block old, however extremely clean. An outdoor kitchen has sink and cooking facilities. A nice quiet park to spend the night.

We stayed in an executive cabin for 2 adults and 3 children (all under 7). It was compact, but it had every appliance we needed (and more), a little deck for alfresco dining and, most importantly, it was clean and smelled fresh! The hosts Tony and his wife were both very friendly and helpful. They had obviously put a lot... More

Stayed here on our campervan tour north. Got in quite late and owners weren't around. We were hanging for a shower after a few long days. Gathered my toiletries almost salivating for the hot water only to find that there is a vending machine in the shower block. Needless to say this ticked me off no end and I had... More

We apologise for your inconvenience in regard to the shower coin meter. I guess that you must have arrived after the office was closed, and paid the next morning, because all customers are advised of the coin requirement on check in to avoid such problems. The need for the coin control is twofold - 1. because we are often on... More

We stayed one night as a stopover and booked a 'caravan'. We expected to stay in a worn out older caravan, but we're given a late model very comfortable Roma caravan complete with ensuite and kitchen facilities! The owner was lovely and welcoming and we spent the night in comfort. Great value for money and recommended.

Stayed one night here on our ten trip around Tasmania , small compact cabin . Our St Helens cabin was much bigger than this and at the same price . TV reception poor , could only get ABC and SBS . Not good value .

A small and cosy park, nice flat sites and a welcoming staff. Camp kitchen currently being built and will be a great addition. Clothesline would be handy as the dryer was expensive and took two cycles at $5 each to dry a small load. Would stay again.
