What a gem of a resort! Friendly owners and staff, excellent food and comfortable rooms made our stay so peaceful and enjoyable that we will definitely come back. The snorkeling just off the resort is very interesting, but second to none at nearby Cabilao Island to which the resort brings you in a half-hour boat ride. We took the resort’s... More

Our stay in Isla Hayahay was made great by our dear friend Jacq. She kindly assisted me on our whereabouts in Cebu. Although our stay is quite short, we did enjoy our getaway in their resort coz I'm not a big fan of crowded beach and if you don't like overrated beach in Panglao then this is the place for... More

The place is a far cry from the other crowded resorts around Bohol. What I love about this place is it is secluded. You have the whole beach all to yourself. The owners Scott and Jacqui are very accommodating. They, and their staff treat their guests like family, which stays true to the Filipino culture of hospitality. The room is... More

My husband and I stayed at Isla Hayahay last month for 5 days. Isla Hayahay has lived up to its name "Isla Hayahay" . Hayahay means relaxing, restful comfortable and without stress. The new Australian owners Scott and Jacqui has made a lot of improvement since they took over the resort. They are always available to assist us and offered... More

What a great location for a quiet, out of the way, relaxing vacation. This teeny hotel is owned by a hardworking, young couple Scott and Jacqui who are already materializing some of their big plans for this property that being a pool that is already under construction. In fact, the tiling had commence while we were there. Scott offers tours... More

We stayed at Isla Hayahay for two nights as part of our trip to Bohol. I can't emphasise enough the amazing value of this resort, and the dedication and warmth of all the staff working there. We felt totally embraced, and it was so refreshing to stay somewhere that isn't just a generic, depersonalised chain hotel. The owners, Scott and... More

Isla hayahay is a great place to stay especially for us who are always busy and dont really get much rest. Its the only place that we stayed that we felt relaxed. Rooms were spacious, with hot and cold, clean beds, flat screen tv, fans and ac, safety drawers and most importantly wifi is available outside our room. The staff... More
