I am a travel agent from Ontario so my accommodation standards are pretty high. My husband, my adult son and I stayed at El Casino recently. It was a fantastic experience. We stayed at Hotel el Casino for one night. The room was small but clean, the Air Conditioner worked just fine and once I replaced the shower head on the shower (apparently removed by the last tenant for some unknown reason) the shower was great. No hot water but I didn't need it to be any hotter than it was.... More

This is a small and well-run hotel that really shines for a couple of reasons. It is incredibly elegant.
