My partner stayed here in December. A fantastic location, just outside of Penzance. We were realy surprised when we arrived as the prices quoted for dinner bead and breakfast was really good. We were shown to our room which was lovely. Very spacious and very clean. Our two cavalier king charles spaniels had their own beds!!! and towels in case... More

to be honest I only booked this because my normal hotel is closed over the winter and I needed somewhere to stay - it was a great find. Very warm welcome, the room was really nice, complimentary drinks, large clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The only slght concern was that my bathroom window looked over another house and for the... More

Stayed just one night. Dinner was nothing short of outstanding. The kitchen offers dishes that will rival any 5 star big city restaurant, but in a comfortable country Inn atmosphere. Staff is friendly, chatty and competent. Our waiter Vincent was the star of the show. Room was comfortable, big bed, clean and tidy. We slept well and especially enjoyed Vincent's... More

Stayed for two nights as a trip to watch the rugby. The location is excellent at 2 miles out of Penzance with an easy walk. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We were greeted and shown to our room straight away, explained about the breakfast time and showed us our twin room. Lovely laid out with fresh... More

We stayed at The Coldstreamer for one night for a visit to Penzance, St Micheal's Mount and the Minack Theatre. Beautiful location in the small village of Gulval. Not far away to all 3 destinations by car which was very ideal. Room was brilliantly presented and had everything we needed for a great stay. The bar snacks option is brilliant... More

We stayed here two nights with Louie, our English Bulldog. It is the best B&B experience we've had during our two weeks trip in the UK. The Inn is situated in a small village called Gulval. It's like stepping into a postcard. Nothing but a church, a cemetery (with pirate's grave-how cool is that?) and lovely cottages with beautiful gardens.... More

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We got back too late to have dinner there, but the menu looked very good. The pub area has great character. It was definitely less expensive than staying right on the coast. It was a little long of a walk to get to St Michael's Mount, but a short... More

My husband and I stayed here April 2013 for 1 night on a dinner, bed & breakfast deal. Our light, airy room was overlooking the square and church. The bed was huge and comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits provided. Bed & towel for the dog. Although we were directly above the bar we were not disturbed by any... More
