maybe because I work at the guest service in one of the 5 stars hotel so I am really in deep when it comes to facilities and especially the service... I tried this hotel but it didn't meet my expectations, especially the engaging part and hospitality. Sad but it's true

The room was modern and new. The bathroom had nice fixtures and the bed was very comfortable. But my stay in the hotel was unfortunately during a power shortage in the city so I was welcomed with a very warm and humid hotel lobby. The elevator was out of order and have not been fixed (from what i have seen... More

I came with a colleague, firstly we inquired from Hotel Guillermo but unfortunately they are fully booked (DOH seminar they say). Then, we just walk to the most nearby hotel, The Camila. The first thing I look in a hotel room is the comport room, unfortunately it is not what I am expected from a number 1 hotel in pagadian... More

Stayed in March 2015 really liked it here, cheap but great value . Free brekky included, comfy beds and air conditioning. You can ask for toast instead of rice and have an American brekky included for free.

A nice hotel and great value from about 880 pesos. Air con, hot hot shower, good bed. The free breakfast was appreciated and Danny and Vince provided pleasant service. Like the Mardale it is very short walk to the mall . Local trycycles are 10 pesos a ride only.

Pool and facilities are ok but the the bathroom was not clean and required some general maintenance. The staff were friendly and the location was good. The food was ok breakfast a little limited with quantity of your selection.

I stayed there last Christmas Dec2013 and it was a very great place to stay, I've stayed at the Aquarium resort Manila, Tune Hotels and many others and my stay here was just as enjoyable as them, every staff member is truly exceptional.

I booked a Single Standard Room through their website 2 months before my scheduled visit. I chose the Flexible Rate (P680) so I could rebook my stay just in case my flight gets rescheduled. The hotel is around 20 minutes from the airport. The only way to get there is to ride a tricycle. The ride is P50 per head.... More
