Pre-paid for a room that felt more like a shoe box with no windows. Not sure where the 4 star rating came from, or the glowing reviews (definitely not this hotel !). BUT the best bit was being slugged for a $7 bed hire fee !!!! Yes that's right I only pre-paid the room, the bed was an optional extra... More

Hands down will be returning to stay when next in the southern sunny coast area. We stayed in room 2021. Tastefully decorated, clean and near new. The resort is directly opposite the ocean and this room in particular is at the very front with beautiful views and aspect. Well worth the $175 a night.

We spent 10 days at this lovely place, a variety of food shops just outside the front door, a children's play ground just across the street, and about 150m to the beach. PLUS it had a swimming pool the kids couldn't get enough of plus a good size spa which wasn't too hot for the children, but hot enough to... More

When arriving at the room I noticed the bed made, bathroom was clean and even though I couldn't get the tv to work at first I found an extra Ariel cord in the tv stand and after replacing the cord the tv worked well. Someone else may have had no reception for the first night as I checked in after... More

Being able to get away from the hustle of Brisbane suburbs and city made this a wonderful place to relax with view of the beach at the front. Scarborough has to be the best kept secret in Brisbane. The accommodation is very good and the new managers are lifting the standard to a new level. The ability to have 1... More

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights for a family wedding at Redcliffe. The resort is across the road from the beach and has a modern feel. Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was clean and spacious (massive actually) with a lovely water view (unfortunately we didn't see this much due to rainy weather during our stay). The... More

This is decent accommodation. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was large and had eveything for a comfortable stay, including a large balcony. It was not as clean as I would have liked and the bed looked like it had been slept in and the covers just pulled up. In fact there was what looked like pubic hair... More

Stayed for a weekend with a relative in two adjoining rooms accessed by a key accessed corridor so you could leave your door open but have security. Rooms were on the 3rd floor with the larger having a separate bedroom/lounge area and a balcony and sea views. Our room was clean and a good size. My sister had a smaller... More

We had requested a sea view and got it from the 2nd floor - would have liked a bit higher but it was ok. One bedroom certainly gave us a comfortable space. Great to have couches to spread out on. Well equipped kitchen, if we had wanted to cook. Bed wasn't great for us and the pillows should be thrown... More
