Although we live within walking distance I don't think anyone in Lower Broadheath realises what a little gem it has on the doorstep. Myself, partner and daughter called in today for a late lunch and the food and service were excellent. The scallops were probably the best I have tasted and the presentation of everything was spot on. Well done... More

A very comfortable room at this lovely Inn. Excellent food in the restaurant in the evening and good value for money. Our dog was made welcome too, not just in the room but also allowed in the bar area. V minor point, TV in room only worked intermittently, but manager said it was a recent fault and would be fixed... Very comfortable stay - spotless room with plenty of space. Quiet room overlooking lawn and well set back from the road. Attentive staff who were unhurried in a relaxed way. Had a very good dinner in the evening and an excellent breakfast.

Visited the dewdrop tonight for the 1st time since it reopened. It's been done really nicely inside. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food took a little too long to come out, but I have to say it was very good and certainly fresh. Well worth a visit.

We met up with some friends last week and the four of us decided to eat at the recently reopened Dewdrop Inn at Lower Broadheath. This reopened in May after a full-scale revamp with new management and a tempting menu from a new Head Chef. We had been in a couple of other pub/restaurants that the new Manager, Azolo, had... More

This inn has undergone a major refit, the décor is excellent, the access to the room annex is through a separate secure entrance which ensures that the clients are not disturbed by the guests using the inn. There are only seven rooms all at ground level well equipped with television, tea / coffee and shower essentials, and very clean, free... More

Stayed in November when very quiet, restaurant empty. Room OK, slept very well, breakfast very good. Had issues checking out as owners out of town and relief staff overworked but not a big problem Wouldn't stay again due to location

Re-opened after a successful makeover, the Dewdrop has now been back in business for about 6 weeks. The staff hit the right balance, being polite, efficient and friendly. The room was excellent, pleasant décor, enough space to move around and adequate cupboard and drawer space for clothes. The bathroom was also good, very clean and practical, though the lighting was... More

We stayed one night - on a bushiness visit to Leominster and then onto Shrewsbury to visit family - having booked on line. We were welcomed and shown to our room that was very well furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. We arranged to have dinner in the restaurant that appears to have been recently refurbished and well designed - it... More
