Don't get me wrong. This hotel is Clean but very basic. Ideal location as Surbiton Station over the road but you pay for the location. This hotel is overpriced for what you get. No better than a travelodge but 3 times the price.

Dear SteveM, Thank you for your review, as all feedback is greatly appreciated. I am pleased that you found our location convenient. I have checked your reservation which was made through a third party site, and as such you will always pay a higher room rate, than had you booked direct with Hotel Bosco. Hotel Bosco is a boutique hotel,... More

needing a hotel for a short break over the weekend for rugby at twickenham we found that the hotel was reasonably priced within an easy commute for all local attractions very friendly staff, well decorated a really good breakfast and the surprise of music to finish off the day. Would come back again anytime

This was a lovely hotel, well decorated, friendly staff, great rooms. However the music from the lounge bar was on until 1am which made it impossible to sleep. I use hotels for staying in to get a good nights rest. It should make the choice on Fridays and Saturdays, either be a hotel or be a music lounge. In fairness... More

Dear Bigglesetc, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Hotel Bosco does have a number of rooms which are affected by residual noise, and these are sold at an extremely preferential rate. I have checked your reservation which was made through booking.com, and confirmed for this room type. I apologise if this was not clarified, when making... More

If you need a hotel in surbiton you've got a very limited choice. But unless you are planning on being in the Hotel Bosco Bar all night (which is great if that's what you want to do) don't bother staying here on a Friday or Saturday night. Its just too noisy. And if you are one of the lucky people... More

Dear NellGwynn, Thank you for taking the time to post a review, as all feedback is greatly valued. The hotel does have a few rooms on the first floor which are affected by residual noise at weekends, and as such are sold at a preferential rate, and upon investigation this was the room type booked. I appreciate you bringing to... More

This was a good find. Friendly staff, clean room with lots of space. WiFi worked well. Large flatscreen TV was good too. Just across the road from Surbiton station and lots of places to eat nearby (I can recommend the Chinese across the road). The free parking is not too far away. Jc

Excellent facilities and room, spacious and well appointed. Asked for a quiet room and it met our requirement exactly. Would have liked a second chair in the room and grab rails in the bath for safety. Good arrangement for parking nearby and a stone's throw from Surbiton Station = very convenient if travelling to/from London.

Hotel was expensive and not boutique- the room was like sleeping in the middle of a disco - even though we paid for a room that wasn't supposed to be noisty, shower temperature jumped from hot to freezing cold every 20 seconds, wardrobe doors wouldn't stay closed, hair dryer didn't work Despite a number is staff in the bar area... Dear Archiemanchester, Thank you for taking the time to post a review, as all feedback is greatly valued. I am sorry that despite requesting a room with balcony, due to the hotel being fully booked this could not be offered. I was concerned to read your comment regarding the issue with noise, especially as this is not something that has... More

room is nice on the eye, but the one i had was just a big open space. Wifi was unreliable & you had to login everytime you went on. Very frustrating. The bedroom was well equipped, clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent. However the noise of music and chattering from the bar went on until nearly 2.00 a.m. and we had very little sleep.
