Welcomed into the hotel by a very polite and welcoming young man on front of house who checked us into our room and answered any questions we had, 10/10 for him, especially for service. Room 203 large and very nice, located at the front of hotel, so does have hustle and bustle of the traffic, but it gives it a... More

I was very disappointment upon arrival at the hotel: 1: the car park was along 7 minutes walk away from the hotel itself which was not clearly stated on the website. 2: I mentioned that it was for a birthday under "request for anything extra", and there was no acknowledgment in any form of my request. 3: The hotel clearly... Booked at last minute over the Internet, after visiting family in the area. Arrived late but had amazing customer service where nothing was too much trouble! The room was massive and had everything I needed and all to a very high standard! Breakfast was beautiful too! This hotel is somewhere where I would most definitely stay again and will recommend... Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Clean rooms , quiet, good variety for breakfast. Great coffee & a lovely calm environment to drink it in . I will definitely be back. No noise experienced ( we stayed on a Monday night in room 204). My bag was stored for the day until I collected it for my return home.... More

This hotel is amazing Just a stone's throw from Surbiton station, the Hotel Bosco is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with convenient transport links into central London. The hotel itself is small (about 20 rooms), but very friendly and the standard of room was very high. Although the hotel fronts a main road, the noise levels are... More

I have stayed here a few times for work, and the hotel is fine and the staff are good. Some of the rooms only have poorly fitted roller blinds which do not keep out the light. The bed are very low and move when you sit on them. Overall the rooms are alright. The food in the restaurant is very... More

We stayed in this hotel for a long weekend.Everything was really lovely. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff are very friendly and so was the service in the restaurant, breakfast was lovely, with very good choices. It is a very popular hotel. The only thing I though was that the tea tray was kept in the wardrobe and... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as my daughter was getting married at a venue nearby. Loved the contemporary feel of the hotel. The rooms were stylish but quite small although they had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice but for the money we paid I would have expected a full English. Many guests breakfasted at Wetherspoons next door. Our room... More

We needed a hotel for a short break to visit Hampton Court we found that the hotel was reasonably priced within an easy commute for all local attractions very friendly staff, well decorated and a good breakfast. Nice room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, my only complaint was the low bed which we found difficult to get out... More
