We were looking forward to seeing in the new year at Hotel Bosco but having spent £25 each to get in, we left early. The DJ played music you can't dance to, the drinks were extortionate prices, and there was no cloakroom so we had to hold our coats all evening. If you want to go where the beautiful people... More

I stayed at the hotel on Business 18th December for 2 nights. Having stayed previously, I knew what to expect and asked for a room not on the first floor as the bar area is very lively and it can be noisy in the rooms. I was placed on the 2nd floor in a large corner room. Comfy bed, clean... More

I've not stayed in a room here, as I only live up the road, so I can only review the food and drink. I have been here on many occasions, mostly on a Thursday, when they have £5 mojito night and live music from a guitarist. I'm not a big fan of an orginal mojito but they offer a choice... More

Don't have a room on the first floor. you will not sleep.!! The hotel is right by the train station and next to a Weatherpersons pub. Location wise it is very good. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the bar areas is nice. but that's where the good stops However, the breakfast is terrible, dry and stale items left... More

Dear HitManDan79, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. The hotel does have a number of rooms on the first floor that are affected by residual noise at weekends, and as such are sold at an extremely preferential rate. I can confirm that this was the type of room reserved. As there is only one member of... More

Bosco is situated right in the centre of Surbiton. A minute or two from the station or buses to Kingston. Ideally located also to the high street shops. A little boutique hotel with a nice bar/restaurant and live music on Thursdays. The room rates are slightly high but there is a nice cold buffet breakfast included in that price. The... More

Location was one of the only positives for this hotel, as well as a really friendly man at the front desk.. The parking was a 6 minute walk (which in rain with heavy luggage wasn't ideal). Went to our room and the bath hadn't been cleaned and the surfaces were dusty - we went downstairs to let the front desk... More

Dear ailsa t, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry that on this occasion it appears that your room was not serviced to our normally high standard, but understand that upon bringing this to our attention, this issue was immediately rectified. I was dissapointed to read your comment regarding customer care, as previous reviewers... More

I booked a number of rooms recently for a business trip to the area, for my colleagues and I, and I could not be happier with this hotel (apart from 1 minor thing I will explain later!) From our arrival, the excellent reception staff made us all feel very welcome, and had an excellent sense of humour. Exactly what was... More

Booked here as trying to stay close to Kingston for social engagement and busy weekend due to Rugby. Staff lovely and friendly, rooms very nice. The bar area is a full on bar/nightclub type establishment at night - we were worried about noise but even though we had an 'at risk' room - only available - it was fine. Breakfast... More

Stayed here early this month for a weekend, fabulous location, just 15-20 on mainline train from Waterloo and the hotel itself is less than 2 minutes walk from Surbiton station, our rooms (2couples, 2 rooms) were on the second floor and although the Bosco lounge was busy, we barely heard any noise. The staff were incredibly friendly- from the booking... More

We went for the offer of 2 nights with tickets for Tower of London break. well worth the money you can get this deal on an auction site. Staff are helpful and polite. Car parking is off site but its free and only 5 - 7 mins away. The breakfast was continental plenty of choice. staff very helpful. The only... More
