Not a Bad night out but a bit too clubby for our taste. Drinks were good and a nice venue. I'd recommend the espresso martini's. Main problem was some of the clientele but apart from that is was all very pleasant :)

We stayed here for a Saturday night during a weekend break in London. The hotel is modern and beautifully furnished and the staff were pleasant. I had read about the noise issues at the hotel from the bar so decided against the discounted rooms. We ended up on the second floor and it was bedlam! This is such a shame... More

Dear Nomad_76, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am pleased that you liked the hotel and found the team to be friendly. I appreciate your valued feedback regarding the issue of residual noise, as rooms on the second floor should not be affected by any form of disturbance, and this issue will be investigated. I... Stayed down here for one night while on business in Surbiton. My room was well presented, it had everything i would expect, it was wll furnished , clean and it also had a balcony. Breakfast was continental , basic but well presented. All in all, happy to say this is a nice hotel, well appointed and in a good location.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding. When we booked we were told to expect some noise. What we got wasn't just some noise, it sounded like the party was right outside the door! This went on til 1am. Both myself and my partner were shattered in the morning. I had asked the day before to... More

Dear Donna S, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. The hotel does have several rooms that are affected by residual noise, and as such are sold at an extremely preferential rate. Upon checking your reservation, I can confirm that this was the room type booked, and confirmed by e-mail. I am sorry that at the time... More

A bunch of us mums used to visit here frequently with our babies. It's a large space and they serve decent coffee. However, today we were asked to leave as we had too many prams (3) and they needed the space for lunchtime business meetings. This is the new policy that according to management has recently been decided. Despite the... More

Dear HulaHulaMonkey, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to the Lounge at Hotel Bosco, which is genuinely really appreciated. The hotel has been struggling with the volume of NCT groups frequenting the Lounge, with in excess of 12 parents and babies in arms on regular occasions. Obviously this volume has the potential to impact on our business... More

Hotel Bosco needs to decide if it a hotel or a bar/lounge. They can't successfully do both. I had a room on the second floor and my bed was vibrating from the music in the bar/lounge. I have stayed twice as my first choice for hotel was booked. My experience was the same last time. Staff: helpful and courteous. Room:... More

Stayed here in Dec as we had a day and night of activities planned at the Winter Wonderland attraction at Hyde Park. Hotel was 2 mins walk from train station and took around 35 mins to get to Hyde Park. Free parking was ideal too as no worry about tickets. We ate in the hotel, food was really good and... More

We were looking forward to seeing in the new year at Hotel Bosco but having spent £25 each to get in, we left early. The DJ played music you can't dance to, the drinks were extortionate prices, and there was no cloakroom so we had to hold our coats all evening. If you want to go where the beautiful people... More

I stayed at the hotel on Business 18th December for 2 nights. Having stayed previously, I knew what to expect and asked for a room not on the first floor as the bar area is very lively and it can be noisy in the rooms. I was placed on the 2nd floor in a large corner room. Comfy bed, clean... More
