Right from the start Ross and Becky made the booking process very easy, and it was great to find a place so amenable to dogs (they have a dog themselves who is very friendly and likes to scamper around the place). Stayed in Darzona cottage which was beautiful and really well equipped - many positives included tastefully decorated, cleaned to... More

Very pretty comfortable cottage at beautiful & peaceful Pencuke Farm. Thoughtful touches made our visit extra special; a cream tea on arrival, shopping placed in the cottage on request, a basket of logs for the woodburner, thick full size fluffy bath towels, high thread count linens on the beds, gorgeous toiletries in the bathrooms, a candle to light in the... We had an amazing holiday camping at pencuke. Our friends recommended it as they had stayed in one of the cottages earlier in the year. Right from booking we knew we had found a gem. Ross was very friendly and helpful on the phone answering all our questions as necessary. After a good journey down we arrived at Pencuke and... More

Very well thought out and beautifully presented cottage. We stayed in Skyber Barn and thoroughly enjoyed our week. The kids loved feeding the chickens and pigs and there was lots on the farm (including games room and dvd library) if kids needed entertaining when weather was bad. All in all it can be summed up as great place to stay... More

The camp site is restricted to 6 pitches so you have plenty of space to yourself. The shower and toilet facilities are excellent, you get a whole shower room to yourself and there's plenty of hot water. There's a games room which includes pool table, table football and board games. There is also a washing machine, washing up facilities, fridge... More

Really lovely 3 bedroom cottage with very well equipped kitchen. Great views on the Cornwall hills and the sea in the west. Supermarkets are in Bude, about a 7 mile drive, but there are some great beaches in the proximity (walking distance). HIghly recommended for families with dogs/

We had a great time! Appeloft is peaceful, quirky, comfortable, has a massive comfy bed and kitchen really well equipped. Spent hours doing 1000 piece jigsaw, much to bemusement of teenagers. Waitrose deliver to the door with no problems. Farm shop for tasty sausages as well as cream tea on arrival for when we arrived. Attractive dog walk in the... More

Skyber barn was the most relaxing holiday I've had. Incredibly peaceful surroundings with views out to sea. The accommodation was clean, spacious and family friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for two families. The barn itself has been renovated tastefully and furnished in clean modern way that suits it's country setting, the best compliment I could... More

Skyber Barn has no private garden. There is a shared BBQ area which has a beautiful view in one direction and a building site the other way. The builders share the toilet facilities in the shower block/farm shop with the holiday makers. There is little privacy in this property. Guests in other properties look down into the kitchen and straight... More

We have recently had a lovely stay in Apple Cottage with our dogs. The cottage was well equipped and the walled garden a bonus. Ross and Rebecca are lovely people and doing a fantastic job, they make you feel very welcome. It was nice being able to walk the dogs first thing in the morning up on the fields. We... More
