Visited to celebrate a 40th birthday this weekend. Wonderful location, real welcoming, homely feel; perfect for the occasion. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone fancying a weekend in The Cotswolds.

Super location in the Cotswolds. Lovely grounds with a lake to walk round. Ideal for our dog. The Inn has well appointed character bedrooms. We stayed in Room 7 which has beams above the bed, plenty of space to relax in and large bathroom and shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed the best prawn cocktail ever during the... More

Our room was shoddy and badly decorated. We found a cobweb in one of the teacups. The bathroom had no shower. There is no phone signal, but the wifi doesn't reach the bedrooms. Dinner was basic. I gather that they are concentrating on traditional pub food, so fair enough, the menu met that aim. Ham, sausages etc were pretty good,... More

The Inn at Fossebridge is a wonderful place to stay for any occasion. And if you want lunch too, all the better. Geoff and Dee really go out of their way to look after you. A real highlight were the pickled eggs and Gibson the Labrador puppy.

Dee and the team hosted our wedding party of 20 for the weekend and it was absolutely magical. We had a 3 course dinner on the Friday, breakfast on Saturday and then a roast on the Sunday. The tables in the dining room were immaculately dressed, the service was excellent, the bar was bustling and the food fantastic (with enormous... More

A superb weekend that was made all the more perfect by Dee and her team. Our daughter's wedding was at the nearby Cripps Barn and we chose the Fossbridge Inn as our weekend base for the wedding party From hosting a fabulous private dinner on Friday evening for 18, to excellent breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday and a great Sunday... The hotel was recommended by Alistair Sawday's BB for dogs. He rarely gets it wrong but with this he did. The rooms are dated - nothing has been done since the 1980's- everywhere is dirty and chipped. The wall paper is peeling and damp marks are all over the ceiling. The Sawday guide boasted L'Occtaine bath products - we got a... More

This was our 2nd stay at the Fossebridge Inn. It was my wife's birthday and we stayed in the Fossebridge room. The room itself was very spacious with a very comfortable 4 poster bed and large bathroom. The view of the lake and grounds was lovely. My only criticism would be that there is no wifi, which would be really... More

We stayed at the lakeside house with two families totalling 9 people. The accommodation was spacious and coped well with so many people. All the facilities were available incl dishwasher washing machine etc. A wood burner was a god send and was started on request throughout the stay.....lovely! The kitchen table was huge and was great to eat around. All... More
