I don't usually write reviews about any place except when they are excellent and really surpass my expectations. This place was absolutely WONDERFUL! Our decisionmaker decided to not stay in touristy Nimes because accommodations can be quite shabby and overpriced, so he decided on Vergeze and I am SOOOOO glad he did. Our group of 11 spent two nights at this property while visiting Nimes. If you like French country settings, this is the place to stay. This hotel was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Located in the center of a charming French village, this converted farm property exudes character with its quaint but comfortable rooms all overlooking a beautiful courtyard.
