A very nice place to stay, quiet yet all mod cons. Try the local pub for great food, and folk nights . Morning papers provided and a torch to get back up the hill after a pint or two

This was our 3rd trip to south-west England. The “New Thatch” is definitely the best B&B we ever stayed. A really stunning atmosphere of the house and very tastefully decorated. A lot of information about the house, pubs, restaurants and so on at the rooms. And a really stunning room (green room). The Breakfast is unbelievable good. All products are...

New Thatch is an enchanting 18th century cottage with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Affectionately furnished and of high standard (even the bathroom!). Its brilliant location enables you to explore the magnificent Lizard and coastal footpaths as well as the picturesque fishing village Cadgwith with its lovely thatched cottages and charming inhabitants.
We can highly recommend New...

A lovely welcome to a delightful house. The room was excellent with nice extra touches like a small refrigerator to keep the fresh milk fresh for when we wanted tea or coffee. The breakfast was all an English breakfast should be and the produce carefully and locally selected. This was our second visit and we will be back. Peter Hills
I stayed at this lovely B&B with a friend and can highly recomend it. The rooms are lovely - we had the Green Room - twin beds - nice and clean, --fridge, tea and coffee and more in the room - plus the all important wine glasses! Tim and Moira were very helpful - maps for walking and a weather...

We found this B&B a great place to stay. The owners were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were really comfortable and a great location for a totally relaxed weekend. The breakfast was excellent and the little touches like to weather forecast on the menus was a great little touch. The little fishing village is a great place to get away...

Top quality B&B in pretty village. You would be unlikely to match it in a hotel at three times the price. The owner had booked us a table for dinner at the inn at Cadgwith, and the short walk down to this little fishing village was a highlight too.
My only comment would be that some soft music at breakfast...

We booked this very last minute, but Tim and Moira were still able to accommadate us. They even offered to book us a table at the local pub for dinner when we arrived!
You could really not ask for better hosts, greeting us at the door and making us feeling very welcome.
And it doesn't stop there, the place it's...

Top quality B&B, the best ever visited. The choice of changing our route in order to spend two nights there has been successful . Refined furniture and warm welcome. Our "red" and "green" rooms were absolutely gorgeous, equipped with the most refined English-style conveniences. Tim and Moira are not only excellent hosts, but also a kind couple of friends who...

We had a wonderful 2 night stay, excellent value for money, sumptuous breakfast beautifully presented, fresh roses from the garden and lovely china. Really appreciated the Information sheet each day which included the weather forecast. Loved the local sausage and bacon - the best I have ever tasted and also the creamy yoghurts from the nearby farm. A brilliant location...
