Great view, great food, great music. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. We can't wait to go back! When you go to a place as remote as this, you expect to compromise on what you would expect in a hotel on a mainland or island with more inhabitants. Well we were dead wrong! They set a new bar... One of the best hotel ever. Met at the pier by a nice gentleman from the staff and transported to the hotel. Warm welcome and very kind and good hospitallity from the first day. All the staff members were gentle and kind all the time. Very good attitude and service minded. We, my wife and I, felt very comfortable all... More

As some other reviewers mentioned, the Galapagos aren't Cancun or Las Vegas (thank goodness!), so keep nature / setting / peacefulness / etc. in mind rather than glitzy luxury. We visited 3 different islands in the Galapagos, and although Isabela was the least developed of those, Iguana Crossing was the fanciest hotel. There really are iguanas crossing the dirt road... So I will preface this by saying you're not staying in an area with Hiltons and Holiday Inns, but closer to a 2nd world country; and the Iguana Crossing was a great way of maintaining some first world comforts where they are far from available. There is no cable on the island, and air conditioning and readily available drinking water... More

We stayed at Iguana crossing on a tour through an outfitter. I was nervous as our first hotel on San Cristobal was horrendous...well Iguana crossing made up for it. We were there with our children and the hotel/location has something for everything. The children loved the pool and gorgeous beach. We were able to catch up on work with the... More

It's a nice hotel with good staff in an extremely nice position. Hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is nice and available. Breakfast is extremely good, recommended. Swimming pool is a nice option ater some hard excursion. Hotel Restaurant is average, as food is nice but is definitely overpriced expecially for the Isabela island average prices. Wifi:... More

This is a great hotel. Wonderful updated rooms with quick access to the beach (filled with marine iguanas), to the boardwalk (that heads over to the turtle breeding centre) and wonderful views of the ocean and sunset. If you want dinner you have to order it earlier and it was worth it; we had 2 dinners there and they were... More

the rooms are super comfortable, great view. The food was excellent. My favourite dish is the tuna with oriental herbs. The people that works there is always trying to make you. feel at home. They have some beds outside beside the pool I have slept hours there. The only thing you can't forget is to use sunblock haha.
