Staff are friendly, but the room we were given was dark and felt damp. Bathroom wasn't very clean at all, black hairs strewn about, and generally grubby. Location is good, just near the Malecon, overlooking the lake. There are nice views from the roof terrace, and a small pool. However, it is really dirty up there, so not very relaxing.... More
