The hotel is located very well if you want to discover the Medoc vineyards and the coast, beaches and lakes at the west side. As the name suggests, it has a beautful garden where it is wonderful to relax after your visit. The lady host is so charming and you immediately feel at home. Excellent food (great chef) , wines... This summer we spent a night in the hotel so we could have a great dinner with wine without having to worry about driving. This small chateau hotel and restaurant is open year round. The rooms in the chateau are well appointed with comfortable beds. Internet access is free. The garden is very nice as suggested by the name. There... More

Perfect place to stay if you are in the region. Small (6 rooms), nice couple that runs it (and the lady is from Scotland), very good food and prestigious atmosphere. Excellent restaurant with very good service. Tennis court at the backyard. Only minus is that there not are a pool at the hotel- Otherwise amazingly good. Thanks for a very... More

We stayed at Chateau Beau Jardin for 4 nights at the start of September. We had been recommended this Chateau by some friends that had stayed a few years ago. The Chateau is on a busy road, however you do not hear the noise at night and we had some of the better (quiet) nights sleep that we had had... More

I was really looking forward to this hotel, given the website and reviews on Tripadvisor, however was disappointed. It is right on a busy road and the garden is not particularly good, although it is spacious. The room is large and clean but it seems like some kind of 80s refurb, not any imagination shown. Dinner is excellent and good... More

We were struggling to find a hotel in the Medoc/ Bordeaux area, and came across this by chance. In sweltering heat, we needed effective air con, and wanted a hotel with good food. The hotel did not say that it had air con, and rather underplayed itself; it is next door to a busy road too, so we booked it... More

This is a charming small palace with approx 10 rooms. Nicely decorated rooms. The garden is beautiful with a nice pond and big lawn. Dinner was very good. The only thing missing was a a swimmingpool. Staff, including the owner, are very friendy and servieminded.

Michele and Jean have created just that -- a homey-feeling chateau! It's a lovely spot, well located in the Medoc. Our room was on the ground floor in the front of the Chateau and it was huge. Michele was incredibly helpful and set up a full day of winery tours for us - and she picked the perfect wineries to... More
