We spent two weeks in August at the resort in two different Oceanside units. Both were upgraded and very clean. I wouldn't classify the place as five or even four star but for its remote location that I prefer and fantastic boat diving right from your front door from a dive operation that has been around for years as has... Morritt's is beautiful. We stay here every year and have a blast every time. If you go on holiday to rate the furniture or appliances rather than the people or scenery, than you really need to rethink what vacation is all about. The units have always been adequate and clean (and I'm weird about that). But, HELLO, you are on... More

My wife and I were owners of a two-bedroom townhouse, poolside, for about 20 years. We loved everything about the island and Morritt's with one exception (which didn't keep us away). The island is a bit pricey. It's an island after all, and everything has to be shipped in. The scuba diving and snorkeling is First Class, whether you are... More

We came from owning a five star resort to this place! The resort itself is pretty, nice pools, nice beachfront, but we got stuck in a one bedroom that needed serious repair for several years already! Paint peeling off the deck with filthy dirty walmart plastic $5.98 chairs, sliding doors that didn't open (one didn't open at all, the other... More

We recently returned from a week at the Morritt's Tortuga, and we really enjoyed it. We had a lot of anxiety due to some of the reviews but we found most were unfounded, at least in our case. During check-in they did inform us of a few additional charges (including an "actual use” energy charge) that were not disclosed during... More

We had an Oceanside room that was renovated and very clean. The Maid did a great job in keeping it clean and well stocked with supplies. All staff were very friendly. Snorkeling, diving , jet skiing are on site. WIFI is $8/$12 per day. Great pool with view of Caribbean. Restaurants are lacking in selection and quality. This place is... More

I stayed here in August it is on the quiet side of the Island, The rooms were clean and fully equipped no complaints. The beach was quiet clean and the snorkelling was amazing we were lucky enough to see Sharks, Barracudas, stingrays, turtles. We enjoyed Mimis and the coconut cowboy.

My family and I just spent 2 nights at the Morritt's Resort in an ocean view 2 bdrm condo. It was wonderful! Everything about this place was great! My 3 year old LOVED the pools and had a great time. The rooms were very spacious and the view was awesome! I will definitely bring my family back!

We stayed in a friend's timeshare on the oceanfront and were blown away at the beauty of the East End and Morritt's in particular. We especially enjoyed going out on a fishing charter with the incomparable Captain Herman! Can't wait to make it back.
