Strange as it may seem, you can take your dog into the restaurant here but not into your bedroom! And anyway, the place doesn't open until 5pm!! We'd booked here through the Logis website - which mentions that the hotel restaurant accepts dogs so we assumed the hotel would too and mentioned that we'd got a dog in our booking.... More

As this was our first time at a Logis Hotel we were unsure what to expect. On arrival we were greeted by a very hospitable english owner who happily served us wine on a very sunny terrace. Accomodation was spacious and clean. The evening meal was a delight and was the best meal that we had during our two week... More

We stayed here on our recent road trip to France. The room was lovely, spacious with its own terrace and nicely decorated. Our room was at the back, which is apparently quieter although the village is hardly noisy anywhere. We were warned by the owner that we would hear the church bells ring every half hour but that they would... More

A really excellent stay over for one night on our way through France. The room was very sizeable and had been excellently (both tastefully and practically) renovated (one of the owners is an ex marine engineer - it shows !). It was both clean and comfortable. - and warm (we were there in a chilly April - so this was... More

We stayed at this superb hotel on our way to the south-east coast of France and what a pleasant surprise. This hotel is wonderful, the room we had was spacious as was the en-suite bathroom. Dinner was an absolute delight with a good choice of courses. Breakfast was equally as good. We liked it so much that we stayed there... More

We stayed for 2 nights before our return home to uk. Owners were welcoming and informative on the area. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. en suite bathroom was spacious too. Our room had view of hills. Breakfast was plentiful, self service buffet, more than we could eat! Evening meal was delicious and good quality food. Mrs ashton... More

My wife and I stayed one night here on our way through France. We had read the reviews about the rude hostess but decided to try for ourselves. Neil and Dawn could not have been nicer or friendlier. The accomodation was good and the facilties as expected. We had drinks and dinner in the courtyard. The excellent food was cooked... More

We were made to feel completely unwelcome by Mrs Ashton, I was astonished at her rudeness and lack of customer service. After touring France for 3 months we have had nothing but delightful and warm receptions from French proprietors. Why would you ever own a hotel if you so obviously don't like people? Other than the unpleasant customer service the... More

We stopped at the St. Eloi for one night on our way south. We received an email a month before our arrival warning us that there would be a vide grenier at the village on the Sunday of our departure and were offered the chance to cancel or change our booking. As I love a chance of a good rummage... More

Felt I had to write a review of the restaurant in this hotel. When we arrived early in the village, we decided to have a drink in the courtyard of the hotel. The English speaking male owner could not have been more accommodating, so we decided to stay for dinner. The owner's wife(?) dried our table after a brief shower.... More
