I stayed here with colleagues for business booking 17 nights collectively, on arrival found hotel locked and no one about, I got locked out when reception decided to close un-announced on a Saturday afternoon with my keys in reception. Food menu limited, expensive and fussy. Plus cats roaming around the place... Positive side the rooms were clean and comfortable, if... More

We arrived late at lunchtime: had to work hard to get a drink and a (good) crepe at the bar. Stayed here for the last night of a cycling tour. Compared to the other hotels we'd visited the standard of the room was very average for the price. Although there was a lovely bar outside there was no-one in attendance and we had to go inside and ask the reception for a drink. The evening meal was very nice but... More

We booked this hotel with excitement, as we were returning back to the area that we had lived in a few years back. I found the room expensive for what it was and where it was. It was well worn, small and looked more like a pension than a hotel. The reception was minimal and not very warm. We were... More
