We thought we had found the perfect hotel after reading the hotel's advertisement sign on the main road which read they were pet friendly, took Visa /MC, WiFi and many more amenities. We drove up to this absolutely beautiful looking Villa right on the water so we thought what a great place to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary! At first... More

We read the glowing reviews and chose this place out of several, what I'm going to tell you is current, correct and true from a grown adult chick with low standards. I pee outdoors, can sleep in the ugly truck or on the beach, forget spa like life. With me? Okay; the place is closest south on the way to... More

The staff was amazing and the accommodations were great. Kayaks, horseshoes, outdoor bar and kitchen, volleyball, hammocks, and so much more for your leisure. Plus this hotel is right by great fishing and boating. I would definitely stay again!

Villa Bahia is just the spot for a laid back exploration of Bahia de los Angeles. a quick trip into town for supplies or a stop at a café. Diving and Fishing is right around the corner. If you want an Americanized Resort then this is probably not for you. Villa Bahia is for the slightly more seasoned, more adventurous... More

We we're at Villa Bahia 3 years ago, and left with many fond memories, and planned our long weekend with our baby girls (1-3) before we went back a couple of weeks ago we wanted so much to be back at Villa Bahia. I actually came to trip advisor and read the comments, and thought that people might have been... More

The best resort host ever! Roger the owner of Villa Bahia is very kind. We felt at home during our stay. In all honesty, the resort itself isn't very appealing but the people are warm and welcoming. Fishing is great especially with the beach on your doorstep! We had a wonderful experience vacationing here.

Wonderful experience here, My buddy and I had stayed here in October 2012 right before disappearing into the great big world for a near-year long experience throughout the South Pacific. I have to say, looking back, my time in Baja, right at the beginning, was the highlight. I never knew then how fondly I would remember this magical land. It... More

If you like to fish, snorkel, kayak, cook (and mostly live) outdoors next to one of richest aquatic ecosystems in the world, in a remote desert surrounded by sharp granite mountains, you will think you died and went to heaven. Combine that with rustic efficiencies, hot showers, comfortable beds and the many generosities of the managers, and now you're glamping.... More

If we went back, we would stay here. A two bedroom upstairs/downstairs "room" was $60 a night--and would be terrific for a large party. The upstairs view was lovely and we were just a two minute walk out to the beach front. (You can also get rooms right on the beach for a little more money.) The place is laid... More
