4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2011

We stayed in the Antucura room which has a stunning view on the Andes, the vineyard and on the property. Room is very big with very nice furniture, really worth staying there. The house is really original with the huge book collection and the garden is really pleasant with a big swimming pool. We had the chance to meet the... More

Recently reopened, this spacious lodge is full of fine art, and has 7 sumptuous rooms tucked in among a library of 8,000 books. The wine is fabulous, thanks to French wine maker Michel Rolland, and the food and service are first rate - try the BBQ lunch! Secluded and peaceful, surrounded by a planted forest of oak, pine, and birch,... More

This place was recommended by our agent and we were unsure about it because it seemed so new. When we arrived we were the only guests staying there. We were concerned that this might lead to poor service but nothing could have been further from the truth. The staff were phenomenal and seemed solely interested in making every moment easier... We had booked a room at the nearby Bodega Salentein but because of a windstorm the night before they lost water pressure and rebooked us at Antucura. The place is absolutely beautiful and in a lovely setting. We were greeted on this hot day with cool towels. Things were looking good. We were ushered through an impecable lobby up to... More

No doubt about it: Antucura is a very relaxing place with a huge pool, lovely lawn and views stretching across endless vineyards towards the snow capped Andes in the distance. However, be prepared for a house that is a serious clash of styles and an assault on the senses. There are modern art sculptures of cows in the gardens and... More

This place will make it to my top 10 worldwide. It's a beautiful house in the middle of the wineyards, with a nice garden and large swimming pool, and best of all - a fantastic view of the Andes. The inside of the house is wide open with a huge library. The house has 8 guest rooms (if I recall... More

We stayed at Casa Antucura in March 2008. We were the first public guests at the lodge. It is a fantastic place to stay. Eight rooms total in the lodge. Staff is wonderful. Beautiful property, smack dab in the center of the vineyards and a short stroll from the winery. Rooms are enormous and have every amenity. Excellent cook who... More
