This is an awful place to stay, in the first room the bathroom was disgusting, the shower looked liked it had never been cleaned and the wall had been very poorly whitewashed, moved to another room and the carpets are stained, in reception area there dead spiders and cobwebs, don't think they have a decent cleaner, I stay in hotels... The bridge inn has improved the interior to make it a comfortable enviroment to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The menu has a varied choice for not a high cost and my experience has been to have good food for a very good price ,the service has always been very good with staff polite and pleasant.

We wanted a 2 night stay to attend a family meeting in Clevedon. The accomodation called 'The Bridge Inn New Lodge' is joined to the Bridge Inn a Hungry Horse Greene King chain Pub. On arrival and walking into the reception area our first impression was a dirty drink stained carpet and strange smells. The reception desk was sticky and... More

Perhaps only fair to start with the good points - the staff were polite - not particularly friendly but efficient nonetheless. The restaurant food was excellent value. Lots of it, served hot and quickly. Was rather thrown down with a perfunctory "Enjoy" but.... I wouldn't look too closely at the state of the cutlery - might spoil it for you.... More

For anyone visiting the restuarant/bar of The Bridge Inn or worse, the play area - take tissues and hand sanitiser! The ladies loos (which serve the bar/restaurant and the play area) had no paper at all and everything you touch in the place is sticky and grimy. The door handles are all filthy and for years its been the kind... More

All round excellent value for money! Our double Room and everything in it was very comfy and clean, just needs redecorating in some areas! Staff here were very friendly and polite, and food was amazing! Also great for children with the huge soft play area! All round value! We will def be returning for another stay :)

This hotel is very much in need of a refurbishment it is very dated the room we were in had a bay window that had black mildew growing on it. The Pub on the other hand was very well addressed and did very good meals and the service was excellent.

Don't ever stay here...Had a room booked here for a work course...would never stay here voluntarily. Mold in the bathroom, on the windows, everywhere....Uncomfortable bed...I wont go on. Just look at the pictures I'm posting here. NB A colleague of mine stayed in a room that has a mushroom growing from his bath! If I can get the image I... More
