A group of us stayed at this hotel whilst on a tour of Vietnam. It is dated but clean and comfortable. The walk to the restaurant through the grounds is lovely although a bit dark first thing in the morning. The rooms are large and ours had a lovely view of the pools - both the inside one and the... Stayed here for 2 nights for a conference, in a double room in a 4 room cottage near the back of the resort. The grounds were large, with children play areas, tennis court and swimming pools. It's another one of those Vietnamese hotel/resorts which does the job fine, but you won't go away talking about how nicely designed and maintained... More

Run down and not very well looked after. Stayed in the main building which reminded me of an army accommodation block. Restaurant closed at 6.30 on Friday night due to few people staying. I had some bread confiscated by security as "it encouraged ants'. However it seems the ants would not be attracted to the crisps/chips and biscuits available in... More

This is somewhat run-down place with sprawling gardens that are not very well kept. I did not stay in the main building but rather in a small "villa", which had a largish room and bath, but no desk or wifi (the latter only works in the main building and in the separate building where the dining room is housed). Furnishings... More

This is nice place with cheap price for weekend from Hanoi. It took us only 1,5h from Hanoi to V-Resort. Good point: - Very green and peacefull campus, which reminded us of countryside - Rooms were ok and accepted for that price - 1 indoor (hot mineral) and 1 outdoor pool which were fantastic, our children were so excited -... The resort is about 50 km from Hanoi but it take nearly 1.5 hours to drive there due to bad traffic condition. The place is old, there's nothing to view, the rooms were very basic, small, worn out and mosquitoes were everywhere. So, it is the pools that make people come here and perhaps stay for just one night for... More

This hotel is in extensive grounds with an outdoor pool and an indoor hotel pool. It all sounds very nice but everything was in dire need of repair. All the steps to the pools were badly chipped and broken, very slippery and dangerous. The rooms were very basic and along corridors that were dismal and all the doors banged and... More
