We are only 3 miles from M4 junction 12 on the A4 Bath Road between Theale and Thatcham. “Nice stay”

Stayed here for a friends wedding. Was a nice enough stay, the room was nice and service was decent. The prices in the bar for the wedding were very high though, but if your looking for a comfy easy stay then its perfect.

“Friendly and helpful hotel staff”

I am a wheelchair user and so need a bit of help with luggage etc. I have stayed here numerous times and the staff are always very helpful indeed. It is a pleasure to stay here. I have eaten there a few times too and the food is good.

“More like a country house hotel than a Holiday Inn”

I find that Holiday Inns, sadly, vary in their quality and service, so was a little nervous about staying here on business. I'm a regular visitor to Holiday Inns (platinum Priority Club member), so must say I was really disappointed with my stay here.
