My husband and I got married at Aldermaston Manor in April and we couldn't have chosen a better venue. The wedding co-ordinator was fantastic from the day we booked our wedding and made sure our requirements were catered for. The staff were generally friendly, however on one of our visits we found the duty manager to be quite stand offish... More

My husband and I stayed at Aldermaston Manor a couple of weeks ago for a wedding party and we were very disappointed with our 'double room'. Worse still, I have written two emails to the hotel's information email address and received no response. In case the first one was caught by a spam filter, I used a different email address... More

My nephew got married here on Saturday and everything about it was top drawer. fantastic building, good food, great area to dance in, super buffet to die for and the room rates were fair. Thoroughly recommended.

The rooms are comfy enough and tidy, however for some reason even though we were in a double room and after asking for extra towels the cleaners kept only leaving us with one every day and when the room was over the courtyard I did not want to have to keep walking to reception to get another towel.Only one key... I have stayed at the Manor on several occassions recently. The last reviewer must have stayed somewhere else!!! The hotel is a listed building, has a few creaking floors and windows that do not open, but all rooms clean and spacious, particularly the suites. All staff very attentive and friendly, particularly Sam on reception, nothing too much trouble. A beautiful... More

I stayed at Aldermaston Manor as a member of a wedding party recently and found the whole experience very disappointing. The room itself though clean, was very poorly furnished (the TV stand being a couple of pieces of plywood knocked together) and no mat in the bathroom However, it was the wedding itself that was a real let down. At... More

Just attended my Daughters Wedding at Aldermaston Manor. What a great location to celebrate a marriage. The ceremony room set up looked absolutely stunning. The wedding breakfast meal was also cooked and served to perfection and again, the set up just wonderful. We were so well looked after by the staff. The Manor House, Gardens and the Lake gave us... Heating only on for an hour in the evening, then radiators were only luke warm. Plumbing antiquated and headboard on bed was disgusting, all stained. Breakfast was stuck to plate & overcooked, looked like it had been prepared for a while. Very mediocre and expensive, but hotel has loads of character which is lovely, but not worth the poor quality... More
