Stayed 2 nights for the 3 peaks challenge. Staff fantastic - couldnt do any more for us. Food brilliant (recommend the sirloin or the mixed grill as a reward for the long trek!). Quality local beers. Will return with family. Thanks to all involved.

Staying with family in nearby holiday cottage. Party of five adults with one 16/52 child. Helpful friendly staff, wonderful menu/food and a well kept pint, what more could you ask? Yorkshire hospitality at it's very best.

I was treated to an overnight stay on Valentine's weekend as we were walking in the area. This was booked on the back of reviews that had been read and we weren't disappointed. We received a friendly welcome as we were shown to our room, it was doubly lovely to find that a beautiful bunch of flowers had been arranged... More

Tried to do the 3 peak challenge but was beaten back by the weather. Stayed over at the craven arms. Had a warm welcome and the staff are really friendly. Rooms are very clean warm. What can I say about dinner.... Fantastic! Well worth the stay you won't be disappointed.

We had dinner with friends and then stayed the night. Dinner was excellent. We both had a good night's sleep followed by a stunning breakfast which was cooked to order. We lingered over coffee way past the end of breakfast but no one rushed us out. IT was a very pleasant stay one which I am sure we will do... More

A friend and I stopped here for 2 nights after purchasing a deal. We were welcomed by the owner Nick who could'nt do enough for you. We stayed in the twin room which was clean and had everything we needed. Situated on the A65 is great to get to many places. Ingleton waterfalls trail is worth it if you love... More

We had never stayed here before and had booked in for a long, Birthday Weekend with our Boxer Dog Ted. We had room 6, which was lovely and warm, with underfloor heating in the en-suite and an electric fire as back up to the Central Heating - Bed very comfortable and the Shower powerful - what more could you want?... 14 friends booked in for a double birthday full weekend. Arrived, shown to room, bad smell... very bad smell. Windows opened, extractor on, not a great start... 2 hours later, check room, still vile sewage smell. 2 hours later, manager arrived. “I know what the problem is... I'll fix it”... shows me and discusses the problem..(shower trap). Cleans it out.... More

We love the Yorkshire Dales and have stayed at a number of locations including Grassington. We were looking for a change and came upon the Craven Arms by chance. It had just been purchased by a local farmer and converted into the current accommodation. We were early visitors and have returned several times since. The location is ideal for exploring... More
