Went away for the weekend to look at a couple of the castles in Kent and stayed for one night. Beautiful grounds with fairly modern accommodation. The free WiFi is also a very strong, providing decent speeds. The owners cooked a beautiful Full English Breakfast in the morning, accommodating to your tastes with various styles of eggs and beans if... More

Booked a couple of nights in the 'Cottage' that turned out to be a space converted above the garage. Sadly for the price £90p/night we felt they were asking too much which made us resent the accommodation to some extent. The price included breakfast which we were looking forward to as the owner proudly states is an 'award-winning breakfast', however,... More

The Cottage is a suite of rooms, on the first floor over an enclosed storage area with garage style doors, so there is no noise or disturbance. Full details and descriptions are on our website. Free wi-fi is also provided. The cottage overlooks our 45 acres of arable, planted with grass and clover, with plenty of wildlife including deer and... More

Astounding Bed&Breakfast! Spacious accommodation with all mod cons. Perfect for adults and children alike. Scenic views and brilliant access to countryside paths for adventurous rambles. Lewana and Malcolm were lovely, very hospitable - even watched over the kids while we ate breakfast (which was also top drawer)!! Recommending this little gem to everyone. Will be seeing Great Field Farm BnB... More

I've been staying here once a week for a couple of months now while working on a contract locally and have to say that everything about the stay either in the 'Cottage' or 'Hazel Barn' has proven to be excellent. Clean, comfortable, quiet, private and with fast wi-fi, the best home cooked breakfast and super hosts - what more could... More

We stayed for one night in the Sunset Lodge. It is a wonderful place to stay with a family or group of four to six people. Great breakfast and very friendly hosts, lovely views of the countryside with stars in the night. Our next stay will definitely be longer. Good location close to ferries, channel tunnel and Canterbury.

What to say if you are looking for a weekend getaway in Kent then Sunset Lodge is a winner. Located a few miles off the M20 near Folkestone it is an amazing spot. A double height wooden clad barn type building with a stunning interior. Wake up to lovely views over open fields through panoramic windows the length of the... More

They're wonderful hosts, they were both very welcoming. We stayed at the Sunset Lodge which was fantastic, the beds were very comfortable and the facilities were great too. The location was excellent, the lodge looks out onto a beautiful sunset and the surrounding grounds were wonderful. Thank you very much for a great stay.

After two weeks of hotel hopping, my husband and I came across this very lovely bed and breakfast. Malcolm and his wife could not have been more hospitable. The lodging was very clean, spacious, bright and fully stocked. Looking through the drawers and closets one sees immediately that your hosts have thought about your comfort and needs. We lacked nothing!... More

We stayed here for one night bed and breakfast, three adults one baby. Great Field Farm, on the Stone Street between Canterburty and Hythe, is ideally located for visiting Kent being only 15/20 mins from; Ashford and Eurostar, Canterbury and Folkestone or Dover. It makes a great base from which to explore the Downs, Romney Marsh and the North and... More

We stayed here in May in the newly built barn/conversion. A superb job done here. Really spacious rooms great for families or for a group of friends to stay. Lounge/kitchen diner is great for self catering. Bedrooms and beds really comfortable. LED lighting you will not see in many places can produce a relaxing ambience. Really modernistic. I think this... More
