Lovely place to stay with excellent hosts in a lovely location. The cleanliness was excellent as was the breakfast. Fiona and Mark were helpful even suggesting where to eat, dropping off and collecting us after our meal! The village of chilham is just down the road and would take 20 mins or so to walk, we drove as parked and... More

We stayed for 2 nights and felt immensely welcomed and looked after by the owners. The house and grounds are very scenic and beautiful and there are many country walking routes that you can take, very close to the hotel. Would recommend to any couple looking for a chilled out country break. The room and facilities were also fantastic, luxurious... More

My partner and I booked to stay here for a last-minute mini break this bank holiday. The owners were fabulously flexible when we called to let them know that we would be arriving later than anticipated. On arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome. Fiona provided us with a map and pointed out areas of local interest, recommended pubs,... More

Thank you for taking the time to post up a review. All reviews are very much appreciated to give an unbalanced view. We are constantly updating our rooms so it is lovely that guest take the trouble to post up and show their appreciation. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and had a beautiful stay! The house was spotless, I loved the fact we had to take our shoes off, just like being at home! Fiona and Mark were extremely helpful in telling us where to go and what to see in the area. Breakfast was delicious, great eggs, bacon and home... More

Wow what a lovely review and thank you. It is always a pleasure greeting and chatting with guests and both Mark and I look forward to welcoming you back again. We do ask people to remove their outside shoes before going upstairs on the carpets. This is for hygiene reasons and to help keep the carpets looking good. Im sure... More

Thank you for putting a review up on trip advisor, however, firstly I would like to say how disappointed I am, for the fact that this couple did not have the courage to come and speak to either Mark or myself about their problems, but instead of viewing their views to me put them online before giving us a chance... My sister and I stayed for 3 nights at Homelea B&B and we were welcomed by Fiona and Mark on the first evening and made to feel completely at home, which set the tone for our stay. We had a lovely, spacious and airy twin room with balcony, overlooking the paddocks that culminated in a sparkling lake with beautiful swans.... More

We were made to feel very welcome by Fiona, she offered great advice about local places to eat and walks in the area. The School Room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the countryside and a lovely hot shower. Breakfast was delicious! You do pay a bit more here than in other B and B's in the area... More

Thank you for taking the time to review Homelea on Trip Advisor. It is a pleasure giving lovely people advise on where to see and eat in my local area. We are more expensive than some b&b`s but yes I agree, "you only get what you pay for" and thank you for pointing out this valuable fact to prospective guests... More

On our way back from our summer holidays to our home in France we planned to break the journey in Canterbury and had a lovely hotel booked but upon arrival our rooms were double-booked. A quick online search revealed that Homelea B&B had two available rooms for us. Fiona who owns Homelea greeted us upon our arrival and showed us... More

This was a lovely well behaved family. What a pleasure having them and pleased the hotel that they were supposed to have gone too had made a mistake on their booking, otherwise we would never had met this family. We are predominately adults only, however, We do accept families, but only well behaved children!! Kind regards Fiona More
