We booked here last minute after long drive from France back to north of England. Strange location hiding behind the trees at a small service station... Looked like the type of place you'd hire per hour! But staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly - cannot fault them at all! Room was clean and spacious but in need of a... More

Quiet stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very disappointed with room. Needed updating, paint peeling off walls and doors. Very bland rooms with plastic chairs. Bed very comfortable and clean. Could do with a little more character. If you don't mind the worn out Decor then this is the place for you, clean friendly and quiet. I would recommend... More

We use Travelodge quite often but felt that this one was not quite up to what we expected. Certainly not as good as when we stayed there last year. I am in a wheelchair and the path by the front door is damaged and uneven. Also the room and bathroom were not as clean as we would have liked

We used the hotel as a base for our exploration of Kent. My daughter and husband came from Germany to join us. The bedrooms at the back of the hotel look onto delightfully dense woodland. The hotel was awaiting refurbishment but was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. One of the highlights each morning was walking beside the wood down the... More

Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Good for getting the ferry from Dover but in an awkward position for roads south. Does need refurbishment as the rooms look a bit tired but it served its purpose as a cheap stay and there are notices up about the upcoming refurbishment. I slept on a sofa bed and was pleasantly... Very tired accommodation but clean, however it is very handy for ferry at Dover. Was very cheap. No outstanding features. If you stop here you do get discount at the local Rachel's Pantry. Needs more secure parking facilities.

Hotel is convenient for Dover ferry crossing,no real complaints, clean enough, if travelling towards Dover you have to take a slip road after you pass the hotel and travel back on the northbound carriageway to reach the hotel

Easy to find and perfect for a stopover on the way to or from the port of Dover. It does what it says on the can. Cheap and cheerful but so convenient. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although the room was a bit shabby, the bed was fresh and clean and reasonably comfortable - if a bit soft.Would... More

We have stayed here several times prior to catching an early morning ferry from Dover and as well as the staff always being helpful and pleasant the rooms are clean and spacious. It was a little difficult to find the first time coming from London as it is on the other side of a dual carriageway but it is easy... More

We stayed in a family room which was as good as I had hoped for the price. It's not luxury but had a nice enough bed and good shower. Old tv also. Sheila's cafe near by is quite nice for breakfasts and snacks. A bit out of the way from Canterbury, would have been much cheaper after taxis to stay... More
