Stayed at The White Horse in Overstrand for three nights at the end of May. Fantastic location near to the beach and next to Cromer Golf Club. You can easily walk along the coastal path to Cromer. Accommodation was on the small side but clean and modern and nicely decorated. Several hot choices for breakfast along with cereals toast tea... More

The hotel is in a lovely spot on the north norfolk coast. we didnt stay, but were shown the rooms. They were clean, good sized rooms with simple (but classy) decor and comfortable looking beds. We had a meal in the Restaurant...what can I say. Best fish and chips ever!! Very well presented. Nothing was too much trouble. The fish... More

I live nearby and therefore have not stayed here. I love the food and the fact that there is a choice of locally produced fare. The staff are friendly and undertanding. I arrived late the other night with no reservation but felt welcome and the staff did everything to make sure that we had a lovely meal.

We picked this place on account of the good reviews and it didn't disappoint. Lovely pub with nice rooms. The food was excellent. They don't have a lot of vegetarian on the menu (at least when we were there), but as we were staying there the chef made special meals for us so we didn't have to order the same... More

The hotel is situated at what is probably the less fashionable end of the North Norfolk coast but the food must be as good as anything in Wells or Burnham Market and the prices, and probably the welcome, are better. We - my wife and myself, four year old son and dog - stayed in the family room. It comprised... More

Another good stay for us at this lovely cosy hotel. The staff are so accommodating and do everything to make you feel valued and cared for. The highlight of our stay was a meal with our family (and our dog). The standard of the food was excellent. We all had a different dish and were all equally delighted - our... More

Tucked away in a small village on the North Norfolk Coast, the White Horse deserves to be noticed! A carefully restored and modernised village pub, which has managed to retain much of it's character, while appearing very modern. The bedrooms are more than adequate, although lacking such things as double glazing., but are lean and comfortable. The public areas are... More

Wow what another great lunch. Taking advantage off the two for one deal, was not disappointed. Was a lovely place for our girls get together. Just felt sorry for the one lady working, as it was rather busy, but was still very cheerful. Can't wait to go back.
