a great pub with a lovely garden and restaurant. Food is excellent, the best in the cromer area by far. Serves three real ales, all local. Staff are friendly. Gets busy in the summer, and the bar area is relatively small, so if you want to eat best book in the restaurant.

An extremely user friendly pub. The food ( which you may first think is a little expensive) is absolutely fantastic! The pub is dog friendly, the staff are very approachable, accommodating and pleasant. Definitely recommend!!

Stayed with my husband for our wedding anniversary. Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. All the staff friendly. Tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very imaginative menu for a pub. Great cliff top walk to Cromer and bus back. Interesting place Overstrand and good to know there is a great pub to stay in too.

We have just returned form an overnight stay at the White Horse, my friend and our 2 dogs...what an amazing find it was. Staff brilliantly efficient and friendly (without being intrusive). Just had a two night break at the White Horse Overstrand and cannot fault it. Room and facilities very nice, staff very pleasant and helpful, food was excellent and would fully recommend this Hotel for break or holiday.

Terrific food and great staff. We stayed for a golf break weekend with four other couples and this hotel was an ideal location. Nothing was too much trouble and we had an evening meal to celebrate a birthday that was perfect in every way. Comfortable rooms and a great pub atmosphere.
