Stayed at this hotel for a work related activity and it was a decent stay. Room: Big enough room. Our room had 2 double beds and we were 4 in the room. It had a bar, a table with chairs for meals, bar, cooking area and microwave. Room had a clean restroom with soap, shampoos & towels included. Also had... More

Attended a meeting of sorts, but basically used it as an excuse to take the kids out on a long weekend. Some of my colleagues have stayed and raved about this place so I sort of set a fairly high bar initially. Looking at some of the TA reviews, however brought the expectations a little lower. The location is impressive... More

We went here after a wedding in Tagaytay. The rest of the family went trekking on Taal Volcano. It looks like a small village, with more houses than attractions. I've heard people holding weddings and team building activities here, but if you want a place for R&R, I wouldnt recommend this place. A bit too expensive for what the place... More

I've been to Club Balai Isabel four times, and all those times were work-related. The most recent was during our teambuilding. If you want an area that's relaxing, conducive and affordable, CBI is one of those perfect venues. Their account executives and manager are easy to talk with, and their staff are courteous and very helpful. I was one of... More

We visited Balai Isabel for a workshop. Our room had own own veranda with a perfect view of Taal lake. There is complimentary coffee and bottled water. Despite the power outages in the area due to typhoon Glenda, the split type air con in our room was working fine but a bit noisy. They have cable channels but intermittently loses... More

It was such an amazing experience, the view was just so peaceful and the place was really something else. This is such a family friendly area, you can just walk around an enjoy the shade of the trees or go biking, they have rentals which are at reasonable prices, then they also have the play area for billiards and darts.... The second time I stayed at Club Balai Isabel is for work, a two-day meeting with my colleagues. Rooms - I feel that the Orchid Villa rooms (advertised for 6-8 pax) are great for four adults sharing, not more - for the comfort of guests. Because the villa only had one toilet per apartment, there was a queue to shower... More
