Our company recently went to Blue Coral for a one night stay. It was a bit pricey compared to other resorts but the room accommodation was well worth it. We stayed in twenty rooms for 4-people each. The room amenities, restrooms, TV, ref, were well-equipped. Team building materials such as ropes, and water sports such as banana boat rides and... More

We went here on an overnight company/family outing. We rented the pool side room & some the beach front rooms. When we got there no one helped us with our bags. The reception area is just small but we were allowed to occupy the dining area while waiting for our rooms to be available. There you get to have your... More

Very clean pool and beach, clean rooms. The main house is very good and well worth the money. Staff were very helpful and the food was amazing. Will be going back there again. Thank you very much for an amazing time Blue Coral.

The Hotel: I like the wooden piece (I think it is an Ifugao, an indigenous group in the Philippines) that will welcome you at the lobby. I also love how they designed the restaurant. It was relaxing. The pool was good. They have three pools: 1 for kids and the other 2 for the adults. They have this house situated... More

Room: We were lucky we were able to book a room a week before our planned trip considering the peak season. Ours was located on the third floor. It was small but comfortable enough to sleep 6 people. It was also nice that we can easily shut the noise out when we want to rest in our room. I notice... More

BLUE CORAL BEACH RESORT which gave me the impression of an upscale resort.I was surprised to find out that their rates are also affordable.Reasonable might be the right word.It became clear to me by that time that resorts in San Juan are group traveler friendly. Here, you can get a beachfront room for 6 for only 5,800php. Despite the rates, rooms... More

...Bookings for a resort from February to May should be planned and booked at an earlier time to avoid big groups... Glad we were able to book the company's affair at an earlier time, we were able to choose the Main House, use their function room and their facilities without having fear that somebody else is booked and our time... The Hotel Facilities are generally clean. The beach area is clean. Rooms are clean. The food has a lot to be improved upon. Like most restaurants, they have removed a lot of salt. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are usually buffet and are included in the Day Package. I suggest that you order a la carte if you want something better.

Before I start with my review, a useful tip regarding Laiya: it's not advisable to travel to Laiya unplanned and without a booking even when it's an off season. Our party decided on the last minute to change our destination from Zambales to Laiya, Batangas. We left at 1AM and arrived in the general Laiya area by 4AM. We were... More

This is the lowest priced "okay" resort in Laiya. I have heard about this place, and due to its proximity to Metro Manila, my family decided to go there. The beach isn't that great compared to Puerto Galera, Boracay or Pagudpud. It didn't feel like sand to me--- it felt more like small, tiny stones. It actually hurt to swim... More
